Worst experience
My recommendation is to stay away from this firm. When they arrived, the supervisor was pressuring me into paying much more money than I agreed to for thorough/safe packing. This was a relocation that I had planned weeks in advance, and I felt very forced into a corner to spend thousands extra on top of an already expensive moving estimate. It was a huge shambles, and we eventually decided not to proceed, It was a shambles, and we eventually decided not to forward with the relocation. Do yourself to prefer another moving company. They will look professional to work with until the move day check.
Bad experience
The connection between me and the dispatch staff was awful. They never alerted me when they were finished at the previous house, and there was no join throughout the transfer. Boxes riddled about the home and not in the proper places - clothing in the dining room, for example, Several pieces of furniture were destroyed, and some were quickly repaired with wood glue and screws when I was not looking. This move was horrible!
Damaged furniture and late arrival
This firm is awful; they ruined my furniture to the point that I couldn't use it, scraped and damaged other furniture, and only paid me cents to remedy the problem. The ticket on their claim form states that they must delete any negative reviews in order to receive the money. Deceptive technique so you know there are a lot of terrible reviews out there but can't since they hold your money otherwise.

Nice service
We just hired H2H Movers to help us relocate. They were amazing! They gave us excellent customer service and were really helpful and friendly. The relocation takes five hours total, including a 30 min trip between pickup and drop off. I heartily support!

Accessible
They are cautious, respectful, and considerate of one's property. They are highly professional, and my only minor complaint was that my agent had difficulty returning my calls in a timely manner. Otherwise, I completely recommend this firm. There were no issues with the actual transfer or the care of my stuff.
