Move from PA to FL
My name is Doris Rudnick, and I'm back on Brenda. I recruited Mark at Green Van Lines to help me move from Pennsylvania to Florida. I had written into the contract that my belongings would only be transported on ONE truck and would not be stored or transferred to a secondary truck. Marks is a complete liar. The use of acronyms in the quote was deceptive. I could not have known how the contract's requirement to use only one truck was violated. The move was even more costly than quoted, and my personal ID documents, including my birth certificate and Baptismal Certificate, were stolen during the move. Boxes never arrived, and some items arrived damaged. I was offered reimbursement for several weeks, but it never came. Mark said that he was out sick. He was simply lying, which is typical of him. Avoid this business like the plague; it is a shady operation. It was stressful, unpleasant, and disappointing, not to mention costly.
Good experience
I got a phone call from Green Van Lines, and they were extremely helpful. They took a thorough inventory and quoted me a price that never changed. They wrapped all of my furniture as though it were their own. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
Well done
Excellent customer support. They arrived on time and moved all of our boxes and furniture. We relocated from Sparta, North Carolina to Atlanta, Georgia. We packed it for the first time, and nothing was broken when they shipped. They are extremely adaptable.
