My move
They picked up the items on the scheduled day, but did not come until nearly 11 a.m., which was too late for a full home relocation. They don't seem to be following through on our agreed-upon delivery date. The workers were kind and hardworking, which was the only positive experience so far. Additionally, the salesperson was courteous. Nothing good to say about the rest.

The VA team was a pandemic-ready professional who packed & moved us to IL with kindness & respect. From the initial contact with James through the connection with dispatch (David) and finance (Jennifer) to our amazing crew leader (Fredy), I can't say enough positive things about this experience. I've moved more than 10 times in the last 20 years (domestic and international) and I've never enjoyed such a seamless process. Price-wise, this was also the most reasonable quote, both in terms of timeline and price, I was so pleased.
My experience
In early June, we hired Great Nation Moving for an interstate move. Excellent customer service from the outset with Rick Greenwalt. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. During the move, he checked in with us several times. The move team showed up on time and did a great job of staging, packing and loading. They were very hard-working and careful with our belongings. Upon arrival at our new house, they didn't waste any time unloading and made sure everything was in place. Great Nation Moving is highly recommended!
