They broken my furnitures

Before deciding on this firm, I conducted some research. They were regarded as having the best precise price.  This was correct; I paid the advertised amount. When your items come shattered and broken,   poured all over them, and rodents have chewed through boxes and pooped everywhere, that pricing is no longer accurate. Furthermore, their claim system is 60 cents per pound for each item. You can only obtain their exact estimate pricing if you select this option which is never explained, by the way. They broke my flat-screen television, which they are professionals? had packaged themselves! Both of our office desks were shattered and had edges snapped off they packed those as well!. I have soaked cartons to evidence that was splashed all over our stuff. And why was there in our possession? I didn't even get into the erroneous delivery times they stated. Bottom line, if you have valuable items that you do not want to have to replace on your own, DO NOT USE Great Moving USA; you will wind up paying more in the long run.
