Overtax
I was billed $475 for a shuttle truck that was unneeded. When I relocated to Florida, I reached an agreement with Great Day Moving on a price. When my items arrived, they were transported on a shuttle vehicle. I had not approved a shuttle vehicle, but the delivery team insisted on it. They refused to give me my stuff until I signed a document stating that I agreed to pay an extra $475 dollars. I filed a complaint with Atlas, who examined the matter and declined to dismiss the allegation. The shuttle truck was superfluous. Also, I had given Great Day Moving the delivery address at the outset, and if a shuttle vehicle was required, it should have been included in the original price. Great Day Moving, in my opinion, engages in deceptive commercial tactics. I am refusing to pay the extra $475 surcharge.

I'd suggest finding a new service.
Moving with this firm was difficult and expensive since they were difficult to reach to organize a dropoff, did not communicate properly, resulting in confusion about when my delivery would take place, and performed a bad job moving my personal goods. The majority of the boxes were obviously broken, framed photos with glass were smashed, and my mattress seemed to have been running over by a machine.
They are scam!
Please be cautious and avoid doing business with this firm! They are a fraud. They will feed you a slew of lies before taking your money and fleeing. We are a military family who engaged this company to handle our relocation. They gave us a lot of quotes and pretended to be a moving company, even acting as if they were on the phone with their dispatch. We then discovered that they were merely a brokerage firm. They offered us a quotation and then engaged the shadiest firm they could find. They sent thieves to our house who didn't even have a driver's license since they couldn't enter the military base. Great Day Moving, the firm they hired, tried to charge us an additional $11,000 when we were only supposed to pay $3000. We had to rent a vehicle and drive across the nation by ourselves. Now, a month later, despite the fact that Great Day Moving breached their contract, they refuse to refund us! Please avoid doing business with this company.

Relocating to a new place
I'm overjoyed with the excellent service provided by them and the team! I called them to re-move furniture within my home, which was a "minor" job, yet they greeted me as if I lived in a castle. For starters, they responded to calls, planned the move fast, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly! Everything I could have wished for...and more! I totally recommend this firm and the fantastic crew that works with them! Thank you very much!
I will suggest you to anyone and everyone.
From beginning to end, this was an outstanding experience! These men are competent, kind, compassionate, and reasonably priced. Great Day Moving was able to fulfill my every need when moving my mother from Atlanta to Miami on short notice. Furniture was wrapped, packaged, and treated with great care. Thank you.
Smooth Move
I hired Great Day Moving to relocate from California to Massachusetts, and they couldn't have been more helpful, they were in charge of anything from start to end, always had the answers to all of my questions and worries, and they made the process far easier than I had anticipated. I had to relocate to Boston for work, so I had to organize my relocation with Great Day Moving at the last minute and his team moved my stuff across the nation in less than two weeks. I couldn't have been more grateful, and I figured the greatest I could do was leave a review. Thank you very much Great Moving Day!
Worst moving company we've ever used.
They relocated across the country through a pre-arranged plan. Despite the fact that I had a detailed inventory of my boxes and items, the cost more than doubled by the time the movers came. The picking group sought a 100 percent price increase based on information that should have been known; what option do you have even under extreme stress? Additionally, they charged over $900 in packing supplies and a new extra trip cost, all of which were already understood at the time of the estimate, absolutely insane. My own stuff was damaged during the move-out, and I was required to pay my security deposit but was not reimbursed. Many things have been dented or dinged and are no longer usable. Extremely costly, not value it, and nasty business!

What a terrible mover
It was a terrible situation I've ever had. On the day of pickup, they increased the price by more than $1000 for the same things that were originally estimated. They were aware that we were stuck and needed to relocate that day. Very dishonest and rude. We were warned that if we didn't pay, they'd depart and good luck getting someone else to come on the same day. They were also very abusive on our furniture, breaking a very costly chandelier that they refused to replace, and rolling a computer desk down the stairs, creating a massive hole in a wall. Use these movers at your own risk!
Poor service
They've intimidated me with legal action because of my evaluation. They damaged a table, a dining room chair, which he took with him to have repaired. Now maintains that they do not have it and that it was not taken. Also, here is a list of the broken items, all of which of Artwork, a wall clock, a ceiling light fixture, bed frames, and so forth. I'm looking forward to pitting my lawyer against theirs. If they do not file a lawsuit, I will probably do one.
