Great service
Very dependable and reliable. They handle your belongings with TLC. No matter how big or little your job is they can get done. I would recommend them for myself and family and friends. Thanks again for helping me out at the last minute when my other movers canceled on me last minute.
Horrible service
I had agreement and paid thed for pickup and delivery of 35 items. They didn't pickup on the agreed date. Then they contracted out the job to another company and didn't notify me of it. Then the contracted showed up and ony took 7 items from the list of items i agreed with the moving coordinator that will be picked. They never return any of my calls or text mesaage. Don't use this company they are frauds. This was the worst company I have delt with. They never answer their phones only to take victims money. Buyers. beware
Rip off
Never utilize this total rip-off firm. They make no actual movement. They will not refund your money and will make excuses and do not give you anything of your belongings, I think that they are a scam company, jokers, and thieves, this is s fake moving company for me
Awful service
Horrible experience. There was no place on the vehicle for my belongings. It was said that there was ample space, but it wasn't even close. Terrible customer service; refused to assist with the procedure. I still haven't received my items. Today I'm going to the Better Business Bureau.
Devastating move!
There are no stars. To be allowed to review, I had to give one. They put us in touch with Grace Moving, who STOLE all of our goods and ripped us off for extra money. Grace Moving kept the thousands of dollars we paid them for the right of having our furniture and possessions stolen. Devastating!
My move was a nightmare
Our dealings with this firm were a nightmare. They lied to us about the pricing, their capabilities, dependability, drivers, equipment, employees, customer service, and other things. They didn't show up when they said they would. When they finally arrived, they wanted more money for less stuff, destroyed our home and furnishings, as well as wardrobe boxes and other boxes. They did not deliver on time. When they did deliver, they arrived with a one-man team, did not reassemble any of the furniture, brought defective boxes, broke/scratched furniture, and left boxes outside on the driveway. We made touch with them. They apologized and blamed everything on the driver, whom they said they dismissed after we were fired. We were instructed to file a refund claim. Yes, we did. We were presented with a modest settlement offer, which we turned down. We were advised to seek arbitration. They merely continuously directed us to contact other firms in order to resolve the issue. On the phone, they are unpleasant and quite unprofessional. They are, at best, con artists who couldn't care less about giving honest, helpful customer service. Do not, I repeat, do not engage this firm for any type of relocation. You will be sorry.

Poor service
If I could, I would give them a "0" star. They arrived one hour late using a "rented" truck). There was no response from the team or the main office. On the day of the transfer, all attempts to contact the office were received with voice mail, which has yet to be answered. The first 15 minutes were spent organizing/preparing the boxes and other stuff already on the truck in order for my items to be loaded. I was paid $99 per hour (for a four-man staff of whom only three worked and the other "supervised"), which means I spent $25 watching them perform something that should have been done before they arrived. I was "asked" to pay and sign a slew of paperwork before they could finish the transfer. I was hesitant to do so, but being a single woman and having to deal with four men while relocating was scary. Finally, they did not complete all of the hours/time I was invoiced for, and they destroyed my property and personal stuff. Don't be fooled by celebrity endorsements; they just suggest that you have to be "famous" to obtain exceptional treatment.
Dreadful service
The receptionist or coordinator is impolite and disrespectful. We don't know where our items are right now, and we're not sure when we'll get them. It's been 14 days, and we're still staying in a motel, expecting to receive our stuff soon. This firm is not legitimate and is a rip-off. Never, ever utilize these services!
items were missing
I was guaranteed two things: At least 24 hours notice of delivery; and no cash payment was asked for anything. Months later, the mover contacted to say he'd be there in two to three hours and demanded cash payment. I flatly refused. Following a major delay, the mover contacted again with two hours' notice, urging that I take delivery that day and pay a $300 "redelivery" charge. The firm then informed me that I would be given ample notice and would not be charged a "redelivery fee." The following time the mover called, he gave me three hours' warning and demanded that I pay the redelivery and storage expenses in cash.
Do not hire them!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Our possessions would be delivered in 7-10 days, or 6-8 business days, as Grace Moving Company LLC claimed (and our contract required). We are now on day 18 of being without our goods, with no delivery date in sight. Customer support at Grace Moving Company LLC can only inform us that our things have arrived at the destination warehouse and that they are attempting to contact us. They wouldn't allow us to contact the warehouse or even find out where it was. It took many phone calls from both me and my fiance to even get Grace Moving Company LLC to pick up the phone and dial the warehouse number. To say we are upset would be an understatement since we are now living and working in an apartment with only a blow-up mattress as furnishings. So, if you value your stuff, stay away from this firm.
