DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

They dropped our grand piano, causing expensive damage, and then covered it up. They refused to pay and shut off contact after promising to fix the matter. We were forced to sue them. Furniture can be moved by any firm. The mover's worth is determined by how they react when something goes wrong. Customer service is abysmal, and management is dishonest. 

Charged last minute

Almost all of our furnishings were ruined. We relocated from Manhattan to Brooklyn and rented a storage unit for a week. The only insurance they provided was at a cost of 60 cents per pound. There is a large dent in our wood console, a damaged door in that console, a hole in our Aeron chair, and at least half of the feet on every item with leveling feet have come off. The movers made no attempts to assist. In fact, we believe they were aware of the damage but chose not to inform us - definitely, something was spilled on the console - because they fled fast after we tipped them and we did not understand the extent of the damage until we unwrapped all of the blue plastic wraps.

Wretchedest service

This is the wretchedest firm with the wretchedest customer service. I utilized them for a four-year-long move and recently unpacked for my final move. I misplaced almost 70 high-value goods. I had over $35,000 in jewels stolen by their movers, and I requested that a claim be lodged by the headquarters, but they completely disregarded me. This low-life nasty corporation has robbed and unjustly destroyed me. I despise the same words and concepts that they used to describe how they handled this and treated me. The owners are cowards who did not do the right thing. All I required of them, as evidenced by several police reports, was to file an insurance claim. They were completely uninterested in me. This company has earned the right to fail. I feel so disrespected by the fact that no one has ever done the right thing. It's a full and utter disrespect and loss of my family heritage on some of the treasured antiques that were taken from us by a slew of your company's employees.

Overcharged

I wouldn't recommend this company in the least. After this experience, I would have preferred to relocate myself.  I discovered several damaged items, including a TV. In some cases, a refund for damages is based on weight. Consider this when moving expensive items that do not weigh a lot. They also estimate how long it will take to unload everything when they deliver your stuff. Regardless of whether they end early, you will be charged for the estimated time. I tried to argue with them, and they even admitted that the team finished earlier than expected. Even though there was evidence of building cameras when they arrived and left, I was not refunded the amount I was overcharged. That is just another shady Miami company.

Move within florida

We have a baby grand piano that needed to be relocated along with our furniture. Yes, we can do that without a problem. They wrap it up and transport it to Palm Harbor. Get it off the truck, ma'am, we can't get it upstairs, there aren't enough of us... it's too heavy. So it's now sitting in a damp garage, and I'm at a loss as to what to do with it. It's going to cost me around $500 to hire a well qualified mover to move it. Forget about the Greek. Awful customer service.

Everything went exactly as planned. Excellent services and company. I will use it again and recommend it to others. The crew was extremely courteous and professional. The truck is brand new. Blankets that are clean. There are Covid protocols in place. Awesome experience

Excellent service

I had a great experience with this company and would like to thank Billy, our estimator, who was very informative and available whenever we needed him. Jenna is in the office, making scheduling a breeze. Shayne, for all of your help in making our move a success. Excellent teamwork and a hardworking crew. I can't express how grateful I am to them. Long distance move

I am extremely pleased with Good Greek Movers. I've had a couple of bad experiences with movers. This was the best, simplest, most capable, and friendly move I'd ever made. The men who came to pick up my belongings couldn't have been more helpful or kind. I have health issues, and they did everything they could to make the move as easy as possible for me. The men who delivered it were equally pleasant and courteous. My belongings all arrived intact. They were also fairly priced. I totally recommend Good Greek Movers to anyone who needs to relocate a long list of belongings.
