Long distance move

It's been the worse experience with this business. Christine, who is the Customer Service GM, is an awful person to deal with. The customer is not right with her, and she holds to that. On the 14th of the seventh, I had my things picked up. It's Sept. 25, and Christine told me she hasn't left the dock in Washington yet, and she can't even give me a date when it's coming. Don't use them.

Poor service

-The driver was really rude. -Customer Service does not respond to phone calls or return them. -They also lost three of my items. The back of my couch (now I've got a useless couch), the legs of my office desk (now I've got a unusable desk) and parts of my daughter's crib. -Can't give me ETA when I get my stuff back. -Don't use this company if you have a different option.

Good service

I relocated to Tampa Florida from Kent. Being a single woman, I needed some help packing. Aside from arriving a little late, the guys were awesome. They packed all my delicate things carefully and took particular care of my piano. I had a couple of boxes that were slightly damaged, but nothing was broken. I'd certainly say I'd use them again.

Quick and efficient

I relocated from Florida to California three months ago, they did it, I was so worried about my belongings, I had really expensive items in my old house that had to be taken care of, and everything came in one piece, the driver was cordial and even offered to bring my things earlier than expected, the phone agent quoted me $$, and it was close to what I actually paid, very honest.

Great company!

Just giving 4 stars so far because I just moved my stuff out of cross country yesterday. The guys greatly impressed me when they arrived exactly when I was promised! James and Johnny were very polite, professional, and they operated fast and effectively. They've done an outstanding job of packaging and cushioning my larger parts, and they've taken an entire inventory. If the guys who deliver my belongings are as great, I'm going to be satisfied!
