Don't trust them

Scam professionals. After the initial agreement, they have increased the price considerably several times. Two days ago they took our items and I still can't get information about where the truck is, where MY things are. They haven't even been able to tell me why the price increased so much. Be careful, stay away from them.

I've waited too long for my things. They are liars! They gave me a low price first, and then when they finished loading my things onto the truck, the driver asked me for a ridiculously high amount of money because "there were more objects than expected." It's been 23 days since I wait for my things, nobody answers my calls, and I lost a lot of money. Fraud!

The WORST moving company

Scammers! Everything is good until you give them your money, then they don't answer calls or emails, they don't refund you anything and they just lie to you saying that your things are on the way. I'm still waiting for my furniture.

Stay away from these crooks

They are really rude and try to rip you off as much money as they can! They added hundreds of extra dollars at the last minute, right after taking all my stuff. I saw that many people have many previous claims with this company, so take your precautions and stay away from them.

A difficult family situation forced us to move in a couple of days and if it were not for Gold Standard Relocation, I would have been lost. They have a lot of experience and professionalism in the services they offered and make everything much easier for you with their help. They took all my things carefully and I have nothing bad to say about their workers!

Thiefs

I think about calling a lawyer for these people! They tell you what you want to hear and then they start to change the amount of the move costs and increase it out of control. They even forged my signature! Every time I complained, no one listened to me, and in the same way, every time they came or contacted me, my bill got higher and higher. I lost several of my things and nobody takes responsibility for them. Do not be fooled by this company.

Disappointing

This company completely fooled us. The worker we spoke promised us many services and gave us a discount. They showed up in a rental truck and didn't want to carry our furniture if we didn't pay a lot of extra money and sign another contract. After this, they charged us more money for each extra step of the movers. Most things took a long time to arrive. In the end, I paid a lot more than the original price without discounts, I lost a big box and some important things were broken. The movers were friendly but the overall experience was terrible and I would never call them again.
