Be Wary – Not Honest | Proceed With Caution!!
My own experiences are detailed here. If given the option, I would not use them again and would not suggest them to others. Prior to the relocation, the employee in the main office was responsive and helpful. She was either unresponsive or behaved as a hurdle to getting answers/resolutions after the agreement was signed. On the day of the relocation, the foreman insisted on a $400 cash payment. This stuff appeared to be more than what was initially quoted. Despite offering what the firm assured me was a fair and decent tip. The foreman strongly urged that I double that amount. Following up with managers confirmed that this was the usual procedure. When it came to delivery, I wrote multiple unanswered emails/VMS over the course of several weeks. Finally, they contacted me to say that my belongings would be delivered in 6 hours. Delivery Included both damaged and missing items. I'm still waiting to hear from supervisors about how they intend to resolve my problems. Despite being told it would just take a few days, it has now been almost two weeks.
It was dreadful.
They shattered everything. They claim it isn't their responsibility and refuse to pay for any of it, and now they won't contact me back, customer support reject my calls cause they already stole my payment as soon as paid my amount estimate I need to find out who owns the property or hire a lawyer.
Interstate relocation of New York City to Georgia.
When I was looking for a moving firm, I was bombarded with solicitors. I had to ban certain calls since they continued phoning at these exorbitant rates. Shleppers came to my aid. They did the inventory over the phone. There are no problems. Square footage was rounded off. Move has been confirmed. I made certain that I had an elevator certificate for the building. The movers arrived on schedule. In a timely manner, I packed up my huge 75 in TV,BOXES VINYLS STORAGE BINS. They gave me a window and delivered on time. They are, without a doubt, fantastic. I will undoubtedly inform everyone. This firm is stunning.
from Scottsdale to Sedona
My horrible move
Complete misrepresentation of item size, as well as really terrible customer service! They say the apartment can accommodate up to four people, which is extremely deceptive and dishonest advertising. When the unit arrives on your property and you see the size, they ask if you want another container delivered, attempting to sell you another delivery and storage cost. When I asked the delivery driver about the unit's capacity, he stated it can contain up to four rooms "but just what you actually need." The third-party movers also stated that they had informed the corporation of the problem several times; yet, the problem persists. They both commended me for not taking it out on them and asked me to phone the office about my worries, since they are the ones on whom consumers usually vent their annoyances. This appears to be a common occurrence and an unethical business practice by this firm. When I phoned to discuss the problem, both she and "the manager" effectively informed me I was a liar. They say I was informed the unit only had "2-3 rooms with only a reasonable quantity of goods," but the only question asked was if I was moving a piano since "they've had a problem with that the previous couple days," to which I replied no piano.
Seek for other options.
Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating possible; my move from Frisco, Texas, to Phoenix, Arizona, was complicated by Global Moving LLC's misinformation and extremely poor customer service, hidden costs that ultimately made them a much less cost-effective solution; I would never use their service again, nor could I recommend it to others (I've moved a lot, long-distance moves), and my Global Moving LLC experience was by far the least successful, enjoyable).
I'd give 0 stars if I could.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. It's a whole sham. To begin, their representative informed us that our package will arrive in a week. For nearly a month, we had not received our home items. Employees from customer care and the dispatch would inform me that the package was en route, then turn around and tell me that the vehicle had broken down or was in the shop. This excuse was really used three times. They would phone and inform me that my package was ready to be delivered, but nothing would happen for two or three days. I didn't receive my goods until I threatened legal action. All of our furniture was completely damaged once it arrived. All of our belongings, including thousands of dollars in jewelry, watches, rings, and other stuff, were stolen. Furniture pieces that contained valuables that we had already packed for transportation were undone, plundered, taken, and re-taped. At this moment, the firm will not provide me with the carrier information. They claim to be "investigating" the matter, which they are not. They are con artists who have operated under several corporate names throughout the years. I would not suggest this firm or anyone who works for them to my worst enemy.
dishonest scammers
Be wary of this firm! They transported a complete truck of my belongings from California to Florida and not only did they arrive LATE, but they also destroyed everything they didn't take! I had some new, never-used furniture that was all bashed up and damaged when it arrived in FL. The jerk driver kept my belongings hostage and threatened to refuse unloading unless I went out and bought them all coffee, bagels, and pastries! When I phoned the office to complain, all I got was, "Oh, too bad!" Global Moving LLC, the company that insures them, is similarly dishonest. I submitted my claim three times, and when I spoke with them today, they said, "Oh, we don't do claims for them any longer!!"
Poor service
Furniture should not be handled carelessly. I did not utilize the offered furniture pads and instead placed the furniture straight on the hand truck, causing scarring to the furniture. They did not handle my belongings with the same care that they would if they were their own. After unloading, two cartons were gone. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anybody. They utilize Labor to prepare their workforce. On the front end, one was really helpful and cautious. The other individual was a slacker. The one compensated for the other's lack of work ethic. On the rear end, they worked steadily but carelessly.

To begin with, they are not a broker, thus all of the moves and distance on the vehicles they own are from moves they perform themselves. We had a poor experience approximately 7 years ago with a Global Moving LLC that couldn't service our move at the last minute and had a third party they dealt with come and pick us up. We knew nothing about the company or its people, and the relocation was a nightmare. It was considerably different this time. We received the same number every time. There was no extra money, no broken furniture, and the delivery was quick. Excellent, truthful job.
Fantastic experience.
I found it to be an organized and efficient company. It was snowing and the movers worked hard to move my things quickly without causing any damage. I am very satisfied with the work of their team.
