Terrible experience
I recently hired Global Home Logistics to relocate from New Jersey to Florida, and I would NOT recommend them!! David, the sales guy, seemed fantastic over the phone at first, but once they received my deposit, they were practically impossible to reach. On the day of the move, a completely new firm arrived. Global Home Logistics had outsourced the transfer (despite clearly telling me that they wouldn't). The new company was disorganized and out of the loop. My initial price was $3,600, but once all of my belongings were loaded onto the truck, I was presented a bill for $8,500. To make matters worse, practically every high-priced piece of furniture on the truck was damaged when it arrived. I feel used and would not suggest this firm to my worst enemy lol! Just buy new things and forget about moving trucks!
Thumbs up!
During this difficult moment, these movers exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly detailed and efficient from the beginning. I'm really pleased with their service and would gladly use them again in the future. Their quote was exact, and their delivery speed was excellent. I wish I had known about this relocation service before.
Excellent service
The two men who helped us move were competent, diligent, and did an amazing job! The free wardrobe boxes they give for travel were a big support, allowing me to just put my things on hangers. I will without a doubt suggest them to my friends and relatives.
Great Experience!
I hired them for a move from Florida to Illinois and was very satisfied with their service. They were prompt, effective, and courteous. They were gentle and considerate with our possessions. I would highly suggest these guys to everybody. You will always be our first port of call for any relocation.
