Rude
I was looking for movers across the nation online when I accidentally revealed my phone number and received a call from someone named. This person asks for my address, which I was hesitant to share, then his tone of voice abruptly changes. I told him I could tell him the name of the city where I reside, but he wouldn't stop. I'm asking him to lower his volume, but I believe my words didn't reach his ears, so I had to hang up. If this is the experience over the phone, I'm curious how their solutions would've been.

A great help on my out of state move
They gave me a great price, and there were no hidden charges. My move was smooth, fast, and stress-free. These guys did a good job!

Destroyed all my belongings in exchange for $1400. They are a joke
They destroyed all my furniture! The moving truck had an accident, and all my things broke down. They had told me that they had insurance for these types of accidents, but it was a horrible experience dealing with their customer service. I am still fighting for my compensation, it was $ 60,000 worth of damages and they only reimbursed me $ 1,400.
Worst experience ever!
They started out by promising great customer service and attention, but right after they took my things, the horror began. They hired a third-party company for my move and they never answered the phone. At the end of the move, they charged me much more than the estimate and required me to pay in cash. They are very unprofessional people.

Avoid At All Cost
Very irresponsible company! The truck was always late, my things took longer than agreed to be delivered, and many of my items were lost. They are the worst.
Lost all my belongings in a FIRE.
They are brokers. After the movers picked up my things, I never heard from Geo Van Lines again. After doing a lot of research, I got the number of the company that they subcontracted for my move, and they told me that the truck in which my things were going burned and everything was completely damaged. Geo Van Lines refused to return the deposit or assume any responsibility for what happened.
ZERO rating
The movers came in a truck that was too small, so they had to store my things until another bigger truck was available. I had to wait ONE MONTH for my belongings, which arrived broken and damaged.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Texas like Geo Van Lines have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
