Don´t use this company

I've been stuck with them for almost a month. They were super nice before they got the business, don't believe their price, they doubled my price at the time of pickup for the same inventory, they also delayed delivery, and it's been a month they still don't know when they can deliver. Very unprofessional, rude, please don't do business with them, don't believe Mr. Paul and Jerome, scammers.

FL to GA

Please do not use this company if you want all of your furniture delivered in a timely manner and without being lost or destroyed. They lost their legs to my dining room table, broke a leg off my cedar chest, ruined my new kitchen set, ruined my $400 bike, broke a standing fan, lost my husband's tools, just to name a few things.

Great company

Glad to report the move went well. The movers arrived on the day we agreed and started to secure the furniture. We had the boxes prepacked so it was pretty simple as far as we were concerned, we just needed some help with the haul. Gateway Moving and Storage was better priced than the others we talked to and gave us a senior discount to make things even better.

Amazing work

Gateway was quick to get to business. They didn't want to know who we were talking to or how many of our other quotes were. They wanted to know the details of the items, the location of the pick-up and the delivery. They were also able to have our car shipped the same day. Lovely people who work within the company would call to update us as the moving men got close and called a few times before we could see if we wanted to add or subtract any pieces of furniture. As far as pricing was concerned, they were well within our budget and never ever tried to go back to that word or change the price. Good job.

We have entered the process of looking for a moving company with an open mind. We gave each company a fair shot to explain the services included in these services. We found working with Gateway amp jnv, and Storage was the best one we've ever talked to. The employees are all very friendly, Abdul has left nothing to question. It was very important to us to make sure that the house was left clean and that nothing would be damaged during the transition. They were extra careful, and we're very pleased to be working with them. They're flexible, and they're comprehensible with a change of schedule. Nicely done, man!
