Looking for a new moving company.

My daughter relocated to Ohio from North Carolina. The relocation went off without a hitch. However, once the movers had gone, my son discovered that the knob on his washing machine had been damaged during the relocation. Frontier Van Lines, LLC stated that they will cover the costs of the repairs. But it's been three months and we haven't seen anything! I've called them several times!! They utilize caller ID, so when I call, they never answer. They were really helpful while I was planning my relocation, and now I can't even reach them! All I can say is run, and look for another moving company. They are eager to take your money, but they are NOT willing to compensate you for any losses that may occur during the relocation.
