One word...nightmare!!!!

They are expert scammers!!! --Good CS up to movers arriving. --Then the ex-prisoner thieves...AKA .their employees arrive.... --They steal money..jewlery..credit cards..TVs..anything they can get their hands on!!! --I could have moved myself to Alaska on my back quicker than it took them to move an apartment size of furniture across 5 states!! --to add further insult to injury..they are represented by even a worse company.."CSI claims" who never returned calls and I got -0- dr my claim!! -convicts...apply here!! You will fit right in!!

Imagine and they will make it happen even worst.

Just Imagine that items will be lost, broken, insurance not paid, devalued, items kicked, house damaged, wall and color scratched, non-timely delivery, rip money at every step, hold you hostage talks, speak first politely and then talk about legal actions, send army of people to pack but only 1.5 people working. The supervisor walks-in and says that you have to sign for any item broken or damage to house. When you decline to sign, they start packing with all frustration and throwing items in boxes without any respect for your items. The numbering on the will all be messed up. At the end when items are in trailer you have no option but to sign on items he has packed which turns out to be not correct. DO NOT FALL FOR QUALITY OF SERVICE. On delivery only 1 experience person shows to move items with other first timers who have no idea about how to move. DO NOT FALL FOR THEY HAVE PEOPLE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO. Give quote 30% cheaper but then will say space required was high and had to store for more days and have to make multiple trips from their large trailer to small vehicle and eventually charge you 20% more than the highest competitor quote you got. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR QUOTE. Only excellent service till they get your first 25% of the payment and then you are scr***. DO NOT FALL FOR PAYMENT TERMS. NO PAYMENT TILL ALL ITEMS ARE OPENED. Claim they have people to dismantle large items like table, pool table, piano but they will force it through doors (scratching), damaging floors, and then saying too much storage required lot of square footage and pay more. DO NOT FALL THEY HAVE SKILLS TO PACKAGE LARGE ITEMS.

Stay Away

Caution. Excellent customer service right up front. Super nice sales guy until the real movers arrived and there are problems. Then he vanishes. Quoted one fee, even sent a quotation from competitors to assure accuracy. On  pick up. Movers were rude, and they were arguing about the amount quoted. Unpacked items to add additional storage capacity and to force the need for a second truck. Price has risen by more than 50%. When asked to try and get an explanation, the office manager Oscar said, "I don't care" and, of course, they're not at fault. I fully expected a decent margin of error, but in my perception 50%+ is not appropriate. Now my things are being held hostage and threatened with storage charges unless I agree to pay the exaggerated charges.

Won´t recommend it

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I tried to shop local and do business with this company to move a simple 1 bedroom apartment less than 10 minutes between locations. Appropriately quoted and excited for the move. Day of, 2 guys arrived as expected, and instead of going to work, they fought with us for 45 minutes, that instead of the 3 hours we were quoted based on the list of belongings, it took 6 hours. Not even half of our belongings went to the truck for the first trip, and the team refused to finish the job. Now, not only is my relocation not complete, but the office and the representative managing the move do not answer the phone and report that they will charge us for extra time and resources in any way. Absolutely a disrespect of a company.

Great move

I've had the worst nightmare ever since I moved throughout the state lines, but with Fly Movers, they've moved to a whole new level. It didn't matter if it was an email or a call they would respond with respect and empathy, and that made me feel like part of the group. They arrived on a moving day with packing materials and packed everything according to rooms. One thing I was afraid of how they'd handle my piano, I've never seen people who understand the emotional connection that people have to their precious possessions. They packed it in padded boxes and gently rolled it onto a moving truck. We were afraid of an increase in prices due to the specialty item, but later we discovered that their non-binding estimate wasn´t far from the total cost. Cheers guys. Littere's bit delay with delivery, so it's only 4 stars.

Great company

They were very great people than the movers I've used in the past. I found Fly Movers to remain true to their words. A group of four guys came and packed our 2-bedroom home, and we were on the move in a short time. I came to my new house and they unpacked everything and put it in place. Awesome movers. They were frighteningly quick and effective in getting all our furniture and boxes padded, wrapped and out of the door, and happy to move everything that we asked them to do without any complaints. Book those guys for your next move, it's worth it!
