Becareful with this company
I don't enjoy giving negative reviews, however this firm was quite open about how they handled their error. I contacted them and provided them with various quotations from different businesses. They lied when moving day arrived. I was charged $1,600 more than what I had quoted. The firm told me, "Yes, we know there was an issue, and we dismissed the man who put up your shipment." We discovered that he was tampering with estimates in order to get business. That, however, is not my fault. Instead of accepting accountability, they sent me angry texts stating I signed a bad contract. What he told me is irrelevant, as is the fact that you know it happened. They're refusing to fix it and blaming it on me. I had to pay since the moving company refused to finish loading the remainder of my belongings unless I did. They kidnap you and then screw you. Use this company at your own risk. I'm reporting them to the military and whatever other onscreen reporting system I can find. I have never seen a company handle a consumer in this manner when they obviously know they are at fault. Everything is documented in emails and documents. Still, I realize that we won't do anything since it's my responsibility, even if they've confessed it's their fault.
