Ghastly service.

This is the worst moving company I've ever used - I'm in the military and have moved seven times in the last 12 years, and not once has a moving company broken, lost, or stolen so many boxes. My package of deployment souvenirs was misplaced, stolen, or whatever. Despite this, it has yet to be discovered! I had blankets that I had crocheted for my children over a decade ago - GONE! What did they give me as a settlement - $150? What in the world is that supposed to replace? The crib was damaged, and I had so much stuff missing, including military uniforms, that I had to pay over $350 to replace, and yet they only offered me $150 as a settlement amount.

Well done

I've used First United Moving and Storage a number of times. They are transparent and truthful, in contrast to other movers. Their estimates are right, and they complete the work quickly and efficiently. On the day of my relocation, I was in the hospital due to an unexpected severe medical condition. My wife had to step in and supervise the situation. Overall, I was very happy with their assistance and support. It comes highly recommended.

STAY AWAY! Terrible company

This business is fantastic at intake; they know what to say, they make you feel as if they know what they're doing, and the language they use to reassure the client is fantastic. Their acts do not correspond to their terms. After lengthy discussions with Travis, the Director of Operations, and the two movers who arrived at my house (a day early, 3 hours late, red eyed, and with little or no English speaking ability), I was told that I would have to pay $1500 more than my quoted amount in CASH. Over the phone, YAMIZ asked, "Is there a man there who can help you with finances and explain the specifics of moving?" Men always understand; all you need is a man.” Are you serious?! RUSH!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

Amazing

The movers' squad was outstanding. Very professional and personable. Came in and prepared all of the furniture for a safe transfer, doing everything possible to ensure that all pieces were properly wrapped and would not be harmed. I took the time to set up everything in the new place exactly as I wanted it. I totally support them.

Outstanding job

I don't normally write reviews or post about my interactions with businesses on the internet. I felt compelled to share my positive experience with First United Moving. From the initial touch to my follow-up after we had moved into our new home, the communication was excellent.

Awful company

One of the most inept movers. When we moved from Ohio to Texas, we were told it would take 7 days to move our belongings. Our goods arrived after a month and a half. Approximately ten boxes were misplaced. Every day, we had to call them. They'll say it's already in the truck, but the things never arrived. Customer service is atrocious. This company would not be recommended to anyone.
