Bad company
We were told that delivery would take seven days. In reality, it took 21 days. The foreman at pick up was quite unpleasant and raised the fee by $500 due to a few additional boxes. I had the impression that this was a fairly regular practice and a common fraud. Many goods were destroyed when delivery was finally made, and the driver told me that my road bicycle had been stolen en route. This company refused to cooperate with me after I fully paid. Phone calls and e-mails have never been returned. If you're thinking about moving, please make this your last choice.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Arizona like First Choice Moving and Storage have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
