Worst experience I've ever had

This was truly the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Want your stuff when promised? Do not use this company. Want customer service? Do not use this company. Want to know what you're actually going to pay? Don't use this company. Want to feel like your things are being held hostage? Use them.

Awesome local move

I'm a naturally nervous person, and I was dreading moving after having moved five times in New York City. Fine Express was the greatest decision I've ever taken. They moved everything I had rapidly and with great care, and the whole process from booking to the actual transfer could not have been simpler. You are quoted based on the amount of stuff you have and the distance/number of stairs, not by the hour, which I preferred because I didn't feel hurried, and the inventory list allowed me to inventory everything I own. If you have to relocate, don't be afraid to choose Fine Express!

Terrible experience

We were relocated from Queens to Florida by Fine Express. Our delivery was scheduled to arrive a week after we moved. I understand that things happen, particularly while traveling long distances, so our delivery was pushed back by about a week. I called and talked with the owner, Eli, and let's just say he doesn't have the best manners. He is a difficult person to work with. Lou, who also works there, was as friendly as can be. He tried to get my change rescinded because of the bad encounter, but Eli refused to budge. Our transfer ended up costing $1100 more than I had been quoted. I would NEVER recommend this moving company to a friend or family member. Choose someone else.

Move from New York to California

My boyfriend and I recently relocated from New York City to Los Angeles, and we used Fine Express Moving. We were extremely happy with the overall experience! Everyone we spoke with on the phone and during the transfer was a true professional - supportive, kind, and quick to answer. They made my cross-country move as stress-free as possible – and at a reasonable price :).

Great move

Mark and his team were fantastic! I've used Fine Express twice now and have been very pleased both times. The team was upbeat and positive, and they took excellent care of my things. They also reassembled the beds and replaced the televisions on their tables. We went through the truck to make sure nothing was missing, signed the paperwork, and were finished! Strongly recommended!

Disgusting company!

Please do not use this firm. They quoted me one cost and then more than tripled it on moving day. The movers were yelling and swearing at each other, and the owner was very rude. Horrible customer support. They damaged many of the items and never gave me the claim forms for the damaged items. I will file a lawsuit against them.
