Good company
The best movers!!... packed and wrapped in all the furniture. Was very happy other than 1 1/2 hour late on the Moving Day (Rain Delay/Traffic Dispatch said). I was nervous, but when they showed up, they took care of the business and the price didn't go up.
Really bad experience
The quota amount tripled to nearly $5,000 on the day of my move, when almost all my belongings were loaded onto the truck. Delivery was in two trucks, not one and three days apart. Many of my things are still missing, including a picture of my sister, my niece, and myself holding my mother's hand the day before she died, and Sylvania TV, among other things. Very shady operation. A week after the final delivery, Irene still had no final paperwork from the driver. They can't seem to be locating my missing items. I would never recommend this company! I wouldn't give it any stars if I could!
Very happy with the service
Was confused with all these mixed reviews but Frankly HONEST MOVING COMPANY-Danny & Irene HELPED ME a lot with my last minute move. VERY IMPRESSIVE-Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Since I've been through the nightmare of cheap moving, I've promised myself, especially with a family, never again. It's all done down to Florida the same way they picked it up and actually communicate. Thank you again East Coast Moving
Mis-accuracy
I'm moving a long distance from NY to NC. The cost quickly increased, and there were a lot of hidden fees. Space filled up quickly, and the accuracy of my space storage belongings was a long way off. I just had to leave a few items to avoid going over the budget, talking about the budget. I was quoted with an estimate of about $1,600, which came to be a total of $3,100 by the time they were done. I feel a lot of bamboo. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the workers.
Wonderful service
I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone looking to move. They did a wonderful job for us, they were quick and brave and very kind, all three of them had great personalities, and they did a wonderful job. They were definitely going above and beyond. Yes, I highly recommend East Coast Moving Company to you.

Companies that transport household goods within New York like East Coast Moving Inc have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
