Awful service.
This firm overcharged me on truck square footage. Many of my belongings were missing or damaged when they arrived. I filed a claim ONE YEAR AGO and got nothing! It's as if I haven't heard from anyone! When you can, the automated recorder will continue to repeat the same thing regardless of what you press. They charged me hundreds of dollars and essentially stole and destroyed priceless items.

Bad service.
EVER! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! When they were selling me the relocation, they were really friendly. They signed a contract with me, and I gave them a deposit. Then, on the day of the move, they show up and raise the price by $3000!! Then they told me I'd have my furniture in 3-10 days. I haven't heard from them in two weeks. When I contacted them on the tenth day, they couldn't even offer me an estimated delivery date.
AVOID THEM!
I just utilized them on a relocation from Michigan to Washington state, and it was a disaster. 2 days late picking up my goods, and please keep in mind that FAD stands for "First Available Delivery Date" and does not indicate when you will receive your items. As a consequence, my belongings arrived three weeks late, after I had already begun a new job. There is no communication. Incompetent to the core. This business is the worst. Please contact me for further information. I wish I could tell you how bad they are.
Avoid them
This is the worst corporation in the world. Save yourself the trouble and pay extra with another business. Until you sign the contract, it's just talking. I still haven't gotten my stuff, and it's been a series of problems. The Colorado-based business they work with is just as terrible. My price increased upon pickup, and I know my goods did not double; well, I'm sure they were more than I advertised, but not double. My original contract was signed in early and my possessions were supposed to be picked up and delivered by the end of the month. It's already the end, and my belongings have been picked up but are being stored in a storage trailer at D & J Moving LLC since they can't get a truck to carry them. Spend the additional money to work with a firm that is dependable, honest, and cares about your pleasure. I'm going through a divorce and suffering from cancer, and they assured me that this move would be easy because I needed something to go right. Choosing this dishonest untrustworthy fraud of a firm was the worst mistake I've ever made. avoid it at all costs.
The worst decision I've ever made!
Do not schedule any services with these guys under any circumstances!! They are dishonest and unprofessional people. D & J Moving LLC will subcontract the work to a moving firm, and you may not get your belongings within the time limit you choose. Read the small print and let yourself 30 days before receiving anything! They have no sympathy for long-distance movers and will request a non-refundable deposit, so you are practically trapped with them!!

Missing items
D & J Moving LLC stole valuables from me. Long story short, they remember packing/unpacking a cash valued item, their liability apparently ends there, when it was missing the next day they took 2 months to do nothing and hope I let it go, you should look for another moving company.
Moving forward
Nope. Please do not use it. You will be sorry and will have overpaid. They had me on a leash with promises for a long time before failing to show up or even phone me. I then moved to plan B, which was to hire a couple of local people for a couple of hundred dollars to load a leased Uhaul truck, drive the truck myself, then pay a couple of guys to unload it. It was really straightforward; I controlled the schedule and, at the end of the day, I did it for half the money. Give them a zero.
Thieves
Consider yourself another favor today, don't believe any review with more than one star. They are forgeries. If you could start a review on this topic with no stars, I and every other truthful person would do it, because they do not make well their work, liars! scammers!
