STAY AWAY!
.This establishment is a sham. They give you a low quotation, then hire another firm to execute the relocation for a greater price and ask you to pay the difference. We were compelled to pay $1,000 more than the quoted amount. Furthermore, they never provided us with an exact ETA and were eventually two weeks late after we paid the deposit. Stay out of my way!
THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!
They gave me a quote over the phone after going through all of the items and boxes we had, all in order to accept my deposit. When the moving day arrived, the truck driver went over everything and called the company to say that the 26-foot truck they sent was not all for me and that I was only going to use half of it, based on the interior the corporation set aside for us, we used to have a two-story house with three rooms and two dining areas. Actually a smart technique to persuade clients to pay extra on the day of the move. They asked us to pay an additional $2700 after we had contracted and paid a deposit of over $2000. People, be cautious,
Interstate moving experience
When I eventually left Florida after the Navy, I employed the Cross Country Van Lines to relocate back to Colorado. This was going to be my first significant move on my own, and I was a little worried. Cross Country Van Lines was recommended to me by my father, so I decided to phone them and see if this was something I could accomplish. Right away, I was blown away by their customer service and optimism to get me to my goal. They not only packed and transported all of my stuff, but they also disassembled them when I arrived. The nicest aspect was that everything was undamaged and intact, including all of my office equipment! This business is highly recommended for cross-country relocation!
There are no problems.
We've hired numerous movers in the previous several years due to relocation, job possibilities, and family demands, and this was by far the greatest experience. Pricing was reasonable, scheduling was simple, and service was excellent. I don't need much communication; just keep me up to speed on what's going on and when things are happening. Cross-country did all of that and more. I was never left wondering what stage we were in or whether we needed to change dates. Everything went as planned and on time. We were in the new house and set up in less than a day! It's so much easier than doing it yourself. If you want a memorable experience, hire cross country. Nothing was broken or harmed.

Bad experience!
I am overjoyed to have finally discovered a reputable moving business in which I can put my faith and refer to my family and friends. I've had my fair share of bad moving business experiences, and my father was particularly damaged by a firm whose movers destroyed a large amount of furniture belonging to his great-grandmother and then refused to compensate. I recently relocated for a job, and my father will most likely relocate shortly to be closer to us. I'm pleased to know who I'll be employing so that my father and I can be certain that all of his belongings will arrive intact as mine did. thank you for your excellent customer service and for treating my staff with care!
