1st. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 1a. They'll dispute this review but everyone can't be wrong or misguided. They have 1.9 Google rating and D- BBB review and they are accredited by the BBB 2nd. They are going to ask for more money and have you send through an alternative means 3rd. If they show up. negotiate the price first before they move any of your property because they will take your property out of your residence then tell you the price. "it'll sound like this. We'll let you know how much the final bill is once we load half of the truck." 4th. stay with them because they'll pencil whip your inventory sheet. First they'll number your items, then they'll start using another form to determine your items. 5. They give you a price while all of your household goods are on the sidewalk. One guy said sometime they have to call the police because people get irate. 6. They charge you for showing if their is dispute and for returning your item back int your home. 7. They want you to use forms of payment such as zelle. How my limits on my account are set reduce the amount of money removed from my account by any app. So I apt for a different type of payment so I could create a paper trail traceable by law enforcement. Having been a policeman, it felt a little like scamming, price gouging and extortion. I know the 600 dollar tip they request was definitely extortion. ( however they'll dispute this but I'll let the investigation determine all of this, but I know extortion when see it) 8. So they are ambiguous about deliver date saying it was a window but when you request a date other than the date they pressure you to place on the paperwork. They charge a waiting person some contract of 200 dollars per day. 9. Don't try to negotiate a delivery date cause they'll only blame you and argue for more money. You bleeding money of random fees that no one tell you about example: a long carry fee 75 steps or more is 75 dollar extra. You're a moving company for christ sake ( they'll dispute this) 10. They only accept postal money order( post office only has 1000 denomination up to 2000 per drawer) I had to go to the post office 3 times to get their money. I ballooned up to something closed to 11k.. Mine you I did not have a sofa, bed or any hard furniture. I had totes and boxes only 11. Please use boxes with take cause I know how i packed all my stuff, It looks like my stuff was disheveled when I received it . 12. on the day of delivery i asked the day prior that the deliver some between 12-3 I had to work. 13. Driver told me he was down stairs at 1130. I had to leave work to catch he delivery as I did not want to accrue an additional fee. 14. The people that delivered bidded on my stuff to delivered. They were from Austin but I was charged 200 dollars per day for them to deliver my stuff even though they already had a pick up. This what JB the driver told, so why was I charged an additional 200 dollars per day. gouge gouge gouge. 15. I think I was being record but it illegal to record me without my consent. Tx penal code 16:02 & 18.20. I never gave consent. 16. During a review of my goods, things were broken or search cause I remember how I packed my stuff. Several totes were unaccounted for. 17. I am not hiring a lawyer but I will refer this company to some folks to look into their practice. I recommend anyone who feels like they are a having issue with this company contact the Federal trad Commission, the Federal Dept of Transportation, Dept of Justice. It our right as an American. This is only my opinion but these are the fact as I experience them. I'm waiting for their response. Cause this move was trash. If there are any lies I am open to dispute it on this forum I have all the paperwork and all the pic and my video from my home where you request the 600 dollar tip. Quoted me 4k for the initial move, etc I had not problem paying the money but I just want everyone to play it straight with me. Don't dispute one fact either. Address all 17 points cause everyone on this forum is not lying for the sake of lying.
Bad choice
It was difficult to get in touch with the company. The call was placed on hold. They kept changing the pick-up and delivery dates and hours. Nice guys, but difficult to comprehend. It was incredibly annoying. Unfortunately, I do not suggest it, and I would want a partial refund.
loss of boxes
dont use this company they are a rip off they over charge and lost boxes , will give what the value was in the boxes. they tried to charge me storage when I was told the firs month was free and beside i was also told that my boxes would be storeed int the state i was moving to but in facted it was stored where they picked it up. then gave me a problem when it was suppose to be shipped. would not recommen them .. worst experience every
I didn't recieve my belongings
The guy I worked with directly hung up on me, and now he says he can't find a driver to get to the North West Lower Peninsula of Michigan. From New York to Michigan, one price was quoted and then tripled. To date, I charged more than $2700.00, and they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I can't go through my emails to review my order and correspondence to see what my quote was because when I click on the order number, it says congratulations on your step of 27/10/2020. I sent an email to you directly, as well as to the person I was dealing with. Not pleased with all of his stuff and wondering where my belongings are.
Really bad service
I was looking at Evergreen Van Lines, LLC, and they had great ratings. Apparently, they're brokers who farm their work to other companies, and CR7 is one. If I knew my furnishings was moving, I would never have used Evergreen. They tried to charge me four times the cost I was quoted from Evergreen, so we agreed to a price that was twice the price I was quoted. (I called for other movers, and Evergreen gave me the cheapest price). Not only have my items been dropped late, my items have been destroyed. The owner (Sal) was rude and did not want to solve the problem. I wish I could award them a bad rating of 5 stars.
Good service
Yesterday, I got my delivery. The employees have been very supportive and cautious with my things. I had some doubt about the situation of the Covid 19. But I felt comfortable. Both staff were wearing their masks. Delivery was on time and in a very good condition. I can't complain about that. Thank you so much for that!!
Very happy with the service
I was a little stressed about the situation of my household moving from OH to AR. But they managed to meet all the schedules and to adjust the date of my delivery. They really understood my situation. If I ever moved again, I'd call this company and re-book it. They even assisted me pack my stuff on a last-minute notice.
Horrible
Don't need it They're not nice at all, technical. They're lying about the allegations that they're just scammers. They couldn't care less for your belongings. It's just an extra fee. We need to get them out of business. I wouldn't even give them a suck ranking.

Companies that transport household goods like CR7 Moving and Storage have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
