Great service, honest company
They did not try to scam me like every other company. Arrived on time and delivered my household goods to their destination on time. Mr. Mitchell was extremely helpful and detailed in going over my inventory. When the quality assurance team called and I removed items from my inventory, the price did not go up; in fact, it went down. I would recommend it.
from White House to Franklin
Office transfer
Connected Van Lines did an outstanding job for us. We moved all of our office furniture and equipment. The price was reasonable, and the gentleman I spoke with to obtain the quote was quite cordial, precise, and to the point. We got all of our computers, printers, copy machines, displays, and other office equipment. Nothing went wrong. I'll call them up if we ever transfer again.
Great Job
I recently relocated from Denver, Colorado to Charleston, South Carolina. I used Connected Van Lines and was extremely pleased with their service. Their office staff was friendly and efficient. Throughout the move, the movers were also very professional.
Beware of this company!!
Moving from CA to IN, I was forced to use this business through a broker who is just as bad (US Household Moving and Storage). Despite the fact that the contents of my move remained unchanged, the price was double what I had quoted. Arrived WAY later than expected - by about 1 day and 5 hours - causing us to miss our hotel reservation in Las Vegas. We are now being told that we would pay an extra $400 for a smaller truck for dropoff. We still haven't seen the contents of the truck because we've been waiting for about a month despite being told delivery will take 5 to 14 days. I'm being scammed out of $4500, which they will only accept in cash or money order (though a cashier's check is acceptable). STAY AWAY
Don`t you ever hire Connected Van Lines
The actual moving price is twice as much as the quoted amount. They charge a secret fee for everything. Orlando, one of their employees, provided us with the initial quote. We couldn't reach him after he received the money from us. He didn't answer the phone at all. When the movers charged us extra fees for everything during pickup and delivery, we called the office, and they said, "Why are you calling us now? We are not responsible." With them, we lost almost $1500. Never put your trust in them. I still don't want to offer a star. I'm going to make this a star because I need to rate it in order to post it.
