Awesome!

These guys are incredible. We require the services of experienced movers to relocate our office. We started looking and eventually discovered them. We were very certain that they would perform an excellent job. They were the ones that planned our ride. These guys arrived on time and immediately began working. They packed all of our belongings and moved us in 4 hours without causing any damage. I definitely recommend them.

Great crew

Moved to a 4th floor apartment building with no elevator. The guys were completely understanding and had no complaints. I did feel sorry for them, though, because they were carrying big stuff up the stairs. I would gladly suggest it to others. Thank you very much!

Liars and scammers

They consistently lie and tell you anything different from one day to another. Then, without having a mover lined up and committed, ask for money upfront. Customer support is awful, and you'll never speak with the same individual twice. To back up what they're saying, they claim the preceding individual duped you. They are untrustworthy and should be avoided at all costs. They are a terrible waste of time and money.

They never arrived

This business is a sham. Two weeks before my move, I signed an online contract with them "which I never received a copy of." The day of the move, they asked to be delayed one day, then never showed up the next day, saying that they had a large order ahead of me. I now have two house rents, packed furniture, and an electric line that has been cut off in the middle of winter. In addition, the down payment was stolen.

Great company!

Excellent experience. Unbeatable value at this price. At the beginning of the week, I had really wonderful, polite text communication with the assigned driver, who was quite flexible and able to come soon. Simple, straightforward, and exactly what we needed for a minor job. This is my first time with Complete Vanlines. Their customer service is outstanding. I will definitely use them again and strongly suggest them.

Effortless move

I appreciate their assistance in transferring my music studio equipment, some of which are both heavy and fragile. They did an excellent job! The guys were pleasant, competent, and ready to work. Everything was done with considerable caution. I will unquestionably suggest them to my friends and family!

Fast and effective service

They had a slew of small tools and methods to help me move the various items I needed to transfer. They were effective and useful all day. They completed the job much quicker than I imagined while still being cautious with the valuables. I literally didn't need to do anything.
