Horrible Company!!
First off they are NOT movers - they are brokers. You do not need a broker - they asked for a deposit which reputable movers will not do and they expect $$ on moving day - again reputable movers will not have you pay until after the move is completed and you have inspected your belongings. They say they are giving you a binding quote only to change it a few days before your move. They subcontract with companies with the worst reputations. I am out $4000 because I initially fell for their bs. I cancelled the move before I would have more heartbreak. They offered to give me $1400 of my own money back if I would sign a non-disclosure and remove any negative ads I posted. I declined. If I can prevent one person from going through what we went through then it would be worth it. Avoid them at all costs.
Best service
Nothing was too much to ask, they put all the right furniture upstairs, they were very helpful, they worked very hard, they were friendly and helpful, they were reliable, they were careful with everything, they were very efficient and packed anything that wasn't packed yet. I would definitely recommend that you book them! I have nothing but praise for the level of service offered.
Fast service
They were quick and very polite. All of our furniture was moved in pristine condition and wrapped very well and carefully. Mike and Michele were almost like a family with how friendly they were while they helped us move around for about five hours. Overall, I would highly recommend Compass Van Lines and the two employees, Mike and Michele, who made my move today.
grateful
Excellent service to you. Very helpful when booking a two stop drop off. Continuous updates. Very respectful & careful transport of items while observing current mask & social distance measures. All in all, a great experience. Would use it again happily. I'm going to recommend it to everyone in a heart-beat
