All Coast Moving Group (broker) from Fl is rebranding to Coastal Moving Group due to hundreds, I mean hundreds of complaints and fraud accusations. Truly every one there are deplorable and bottom feeders. I am sure they will get theirs someday but in the meantime do not let them get you. Do your due diligence, rotten rotten group. You will lose money if not your goods. Look out for Robert, the head of the snake.

I recently relocated from Michigan to South Florida and chose Coastal, and I'm so happy I did! Logan (my moving coordinator) was particularly helpful and friendly. My quoting process was fast, clear, and self-explanatory. The prices were very fair, particularly given the high quality of service! My things were all taken care of, and they even disassembled my huge entertainment center and reassembled it without a scratch! Overall, this is the best move I've ever made, and I've moved a lot. Great job

Blake was awesome!! Not only was it so organized and well thought out from the time he called to set it up (which needed a lot of coordination), but the transfer itself was flawless. Nothing was broken or lost, and I could contact Blake directly if I needed anything. I work with military families and definitely support this business!!

Bad broker service

BROKER!! They give you a really low price, then a real mover shows up and tells you they can't do the transfer for that cost and quotes you a really high price that you can't afford, then they refuse to refund your deposit and call you a liar when it is them who are lying.

My experience with Coastal

Be cautious!! Worst company I've ever worked with, and extremely unprofessional. They have my belongings and have refused to return my phone call to tell me where they are. I'll be in contact with the sheriff and the attorney general. This company will deceive you and turn your move into a living nightmare!

Exceeded my expectations!

I'm very happy with the decision. Initially, I assumed it would be a disaster and that my belongings would not arrive on time. However, they far exceeded my expectations! I'm hoping I won't have to relocate again. But if I do, I'll know who to contact.
