Terrible storage
Clutter should not be used for storage. I didn't believe the packing and moving were horrible; it was the storage that was the worst. People opened boxes, and a lot of my belongings were lost. Because I was relocating, I had my belongings stored for about a year. Every month, I paid on time. I had so many kitchen goods missing, and when I contacted Clutter about my concerns, I was given the runaround. Many boxes were destroyed and opened. When my belongings were delivered, the personnel were not expert movers. Clutter is not something I recommend.

Don't hire this company
I think it's wrong for companies to stay in business when they're a scam. Clutter is a fraud. How can a Cal King mattress be lost to a moving and storage company? Well, CLUTTER did it! And they were the most disrespectful. Check online comments before you ever think about using them-and then don't! Please share this with someone you know and prevent them from the CLUTTER scam. They assure that all of your possessions will be photographed and bar coded. Doesn't happen to you. Then when things are missing-like the Cal King Mattress-they stand by a contract that basically doesn't pay you anything. Please STAY AWAY!!

Moving experience
Recently, I used clutter moving and storage to place all my stuff in between apts, it was awesome! I wasn't at home, and I was able to contact them and walk them through anything I needed to be picked up. And when my belongings were dropped, they were really quick!

Very good service
I used clutter about six different times, and I still have to be dissatisfied. They showed up within the defined window time and often have extra packing when they expect an object to be sensitive to travel restrictions on their vans. The team is both competent and courteous. If I need things re-delivered to my destination, they're just as careful about re-delivering, because they've got to take it away. The rates you can't beat, and they're even going to give you a chance to match something you find lower. I promise you're not going to be disappointed. As an educator who watches their money extensively, this is the best moving and storage business you'll ever find. Best of everything!

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
