EXCELLENT MOVING EXPERIENCE

Unexpectedly happy with the service received from this company. They went above and beyond to help me move my elderly mother back home with us from CA. to Colorado. Professional and hard working moving crew and excellent customer service. We needed a very special guaranteed delivery window and they accommodated with no complaints. About average on pricing for the quotes I got with one small increase due to difficult access at destination, but reasonable and easy to work with. 5 Stars.

I wanna thanks Jessy from Brooklyn Moving inc for doing our move so easy. him and the crow they was very good and professional they help us move our big furniture cross the country, the sales person was very helpful he explained everything to us and he actually did a video call to see what we moving,if I moved again I will definitely used them again

Atrocius experience

It's been 22 days and still no delivery. I contacted them every day to get information on my delivery, but they never returned my calls. They said they'd contact the dispatcher and notify you, but I haven't heard anything yet. Nobody responds to my emails. They run a terrible business. They were responding to my phones, emails, and messages like crazy before I decided to sign with them and set up the pickup date and charges. They phoned me several times before I decided to go with them. However, no one is responding to me or providing me with updates. It's been 22 days and still no delivery. I'll keep you posted whenever the package arrives.

Shambles.

NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take advantage of you. Many of our merchandise, including appliances, were removed from stock. We did add stuff, and the business they hired to transfer them did not have enough room for everything, so many items were left behind and another company was called to move them. The relocation was really stressful, and this firm and the company they hired pocketed thousands of dollars. BE WARNED. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Quality service

I've had a wonderful time moving with Brooklyn. After a detailed  research, they provided a fair price for full service. The movers arrived on time and were very polite.I required a month of storage, which was included in my package free of charge, but 2 weeks later I was ready to receive the delivery they were cooperating, and I was added to the schedule last mint, and I got my belongings complete and with no damages

Great movers

I was very nervous to go with the Brooklyn movers because of the negative reviews I read, but I decided to go with them because they gave me the lowest price after two other movers charged me at least $1000.00 more. I had to take the risk and, thankfully, it was the correct choice! They wrapped up and packed all my belongings at the pickup and guaranteed me that everything was going to be alright on my move from Minnesota to California. When my goods arrived, they unwrapped the items, and everything was perfect! Nice price, wonderful service! They're definitely recommended!! Thank you so much!

It's a Fraud!!

Please don't use this business. Brooklyn Moving Co ended up costing us twice after I was lied to and told that the top 3 ft of the truck could not be used due to the DOT restrictions. Then they charged an extra 1400 for the transfer of the Harley and promised it will be secure and not harmed as they charged an extra 500 for the bulky item fee. When the truck arrived, the bike was covered under crates, causing almost 6000 losses. Toolboxes that had been shrink-wrapped and locked taped drawers had been cut open and the tools had been stolen. Furniture was destroyed and Brooklyn Moving would NOT respond to arbitration or any of its own insurance firms. They're going to lie, cheat and steal to get your money.
