A few months ago, we called around asking for rates to move the 900 lbs safe. Amy was friendly on the phone, but besides that we'd never use it again. They came with just two guys and a dolly to move our protection. They ended up putting deep scratches on the rim, and we're still trying to get them to pay for the repairs. We submitted a survey of the damage and never received a reply from anyone. And we called to make sure they got our email. If you have nice furniture or something I don't want to use this business! They've never even sent us the $80.00 that we put down. We're really surprised that they didn't smash the tile in the house we've already sold!! It's either under my name or under Eric Andrews.
Scam Artists
Brightline Van Lines is manipulative in their pricing, Tanya quotes you at a cheap price, and Bully John Chavez charges you more afterwards. What a blend of the worst customer experience of any company I've ever met. After a cross country from FL to NM, they charge me $1K more for some mysteries of 14 boxes that "they had to pack. Until the very last minute, I expressed everything, and there were no boxes. They're waiting until it's all in the truck, and then you sign the form with a new price and extra costs. Don't just fall for it. Tanya's going to warn you that she's going to match every low price from a reputable company... of course because they know they're forcing you to pay a lot more. SCAMMERS!!
Would call them again!!
I'm very thankful to Brightline Van Lines for my transfer. They took good care of all my belongings, big or small, and they were able to accommodate me in my extra boxes that I had because my initial estimate was too low. I'd definitely call them for my next move!
Greatest experience
This is a great company and service thanks to Tony. I was paying for the transfer of my sisters to my family, and I was slapped with a bunch of calls that were brokers before Tony, who is a carrier, got hold of me from Brightline. He was able to offer you an affordable price that was competitive compared to reputable moving firms while resolving my questions and demonstrating how professional he was.
Seamless move
Omg, they were such a wonderful support for my transfer! This is my first time using a moving company, and a friend of mine suggested me to them. I called them, they gave me a rate, and they did everything in time. Not one of my items was missing or scratched at ALL!! Moving sucks, but not with them! It was worth every penny of it! Oh, thank you guys! I would certainly recommend this business to you.
