Well done!

We're really pleased with the move all the way around. From working with Bill and Josh to the team that turned up, it was quick, competent and efficient. They packed it well and safely, and they took care of our things like it was theirs. We are really happy campers, man!

Do not trust!

Josh, one of the owners of this company according to him, Assured our belongings will be shipped by July 10, when they were delivered by July 15 instead. No one in the company called us to let us know that they would not be shipped when they were guaranteed, we had to call them. We were told that disasters had happened inside the company two weeks ago, that one of the staff had been killed in a car crash, leaving the company short of jobs. This, though, did not justify why the company did not let us know any of this five days until they picked up our things. Beyond that, Josh bragged about how businesses without labeled moving vehicles should not be trusted, but the moving truck that transported our things was a moving truck, revealing that our stuff had evidently been moved from one truck to another.This change from a vehicle to a truck illustrates the thousands of dollars worth of damage (before tax) to our property (one of our tvs, our printer, two mirrors, our plates, our cement coffee table, clock, tv stand, dresser). Cement is pretty tough, but it really must have had to be incredibly badly treated to be broken in the manner it was (it's a 250 lb table, it's not fragile) The icing on the cake was after leaving our review (almost verbatim to the above review) on the website of the Better Business Bureau, Bill B., according to the president of the organization, let us know that we would earn $200 for damages to our belongings if we had taken our review down. If we didn't take it down, we wouldn't have got anything. Neither my husband nor I enjoy threats, bribes, or deceitful business, but it looks like we won't obtain anything, and Bold Moving and Storing will hold an unanswered complaint on the BBB website. Move during covid

We had a crazy good experience with COVID!! Bill was great from the jump, and Rob and his crew were doing an Amazing job of wrapping and packing my things. There's no way I understand it would fit in the 1 truck, but it did! No wall marks to cover up from pick up or drop off, no property damaged, and a lot of positive attitudes throughout. I'd like to say something negative, but I don't have a bad word to say. Couldn´t recommend enough Bold Moving and Storage!

Long distance move

From David and Dort Bear: We haven't moved in more than 28 years, so there was a huge accumulation of "stuff".  The team, consisting of O'neil, Terry, Ace, Ty and George, turned up on time, and O'neil was in command. He went through the house and set up a move, and they worked well together, and they managed our possessions with care and respect. They took five hours to load the truck, and they did a very thorough job. It was a joy to see Ace and Terry in NC to do the unloading. In five hours, they did what took five guys to load, and again, we were impressed by their attention to detail and the care of our things. They both deserve a huge, fat increase.

Great company

We hired BMS to switch our recent household from Virginia to Vermont. Bill was extremely sensitive to my emails and texts and quoted me at a reasonable price, including an additional month of storage at no extra cost. His team was effective and cautious in packaging and shipping end-to-end household products. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend BMS to the interstate move.
