The Worst Situation
I'd give it a negative rating if I could. When the movers arrived, they emphatically told me a different number, charged me for something else, and misjudged by carrier Blue Oak Moving., who didn't arrive until 9pm and left after midnight. They do not accept credit cards for delivery, however they do accept them for the initial payment. This organization is garbage, garbage, garbage, It's better to go with 2 Guys and a Truck because they at least tell you it'll cost $10,000 up front.
Service is terrible.
The agent bombarded my phone with calls, texts, and emails, and when I requested her to stop, she became exceedingly unpleasant. I tried to talk to her boss, but he wasn't much better. This organization has no qualms about blowing up your phone while you're on the phone and telling them so, or treating consumers like garbage, and they certainly don't want to do their duties.

WORST COMPANY EVER
Moved in July 2021 and it is now November 2021 and we STILL do not have any answers from this company on our damaged foot board on our bed. There should be an option on ZERO stars because that's what this company deserves. They will not return calls. They actually blocked my husbands phone number as when he tries to call it wont go through. Yet we call from another phone we can get through. I'm sure in time they will block that one. Our only complaint to them was the foot board. We were going to let go and not complain about the other issues but they also over charged us, damaged the wall, didn't put a bunk bed back together completely, wanting payment under the table for certain things so they could give the money to the bosses ex wife rather then the company and being RUDE from the time they got there. One guy saying we had too much stuff and that had to be out of there so he could move his sister. They didn't end up filling the truck because he was in a hurry. With him being in a hurry resulted into damages to our new house. Ended up having to move the remaining stuff they didn't take ourselves. So if you plan to move............ DO NOT hire Blue Oak Moving!!!!!!!

Worst Experience Ever!!!!
Stay away!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE in terms of every aspect of the moving process: scheduling, customer service, the move itself, and claim for damaged furniture. Office employee, Kelly, did not enter my information correctly so they SKIPPED me the scheduled move day and only showed up after I called all day long to 3 different numbers. Showed up 9 hours after scheduled arrival time. Kelly blamed ME for her data entry mistake and hung up on me. After showing up 9 hours late for a 5-mile move from an apartment to a house, they could not complete the move before midnight, so they forced me to take another day off from work to complete the move the next day. Upon completion the next day, they had damaged 3 pieces of furniture. I asked for claim process guidance and was told to take pictures and email a specific address. I have never received a reply to that email as of today. I have REPEATEDLY called the office number to complete the claim for the furniture that Blue Oak destroyed. Each time, Kelly says that her supervisor, Roger, will contact me, and that does NOT happen. I called again today, nearly 2 months after the move, and Kelly hung up on me yet again after being EXTREMELY disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. Blue Oak claims to be licensed and insured, but I have serious doubts as they are doing EVERYTHING possible to avoid my claim. Folks, run away from this company as fast as you can! I'll paint a picture for you: Imagine all the customer service of the DMV combined with the professional skills of just 3 random dudes picked up at a local bar. Frankly, I could have gotten a more professional moving experience if I had just rented a truck myself and went to a local bar and offered random guys the same money to do the job!
Out-of-state relocation
You can never get through to anyone on the phone. Today, I attempted 40 times. Booking, who coordinated the move, had to be contacted. Charged $3,400.00 more than the original estimate and did not deliver on the scheduled date. They have seven days following the delivery date, according to what I was told. My pets will require an additional lodging and boarding fee of $1,600.00. They don't give a damn. I was assured they'd phone me 24 hours before delivery. Terrible business.
If I could give zero stars I would do so.
They inflated the price of our estimate in a ridiculous way. When the movers arrived, they asked us $ 3000 more to move our things because they came in a very small truck. A total lack of responsibility.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDS
They do not guarantee any of the services they offer, they only make you sign a "contract" and pay the deposit, then your move will never take place.
Do not book anything with them.
I hope that every worker in this company is arrested. After you pay them the deposit they break all their promises, raise your fees excessively, and customer service disappears. Thank God they reimbursed me for my deposit. They are a fraud!
Don't make the same mistake I made
They gave me an estimated price of $ 8,700 and I ended up paying over $ 18,000! They also mistreated my things and I was never able to contact customer service.

Companies that transport household goods like Blue Oak Moving and Storage have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
