They took advantage of my elderly dad and took all the time in the world to deliver his furniture. They have no professional ethics or respect for their clients. I recommend any other company except this one!
Move went well
The coronavirus made things difficult for all of us, and because of this I lost my job and had to move to get a new one, it would have been frustrating without the help of this great company.

Never call this company. It is a complete deception. They took our things and never showed up again, they don't answer calls, and when they do they only make excuses and don't solve any problems.
Scammers
They are brokers! They just cheat on you and after they get your credit card, you realize they lied to you, and then someone comes along with a "post-contract" and of course: another big bill.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVERS
Working with this moving company was a true nightmare! The most rude and disrespectful people are their customer service agents, they even yell at you. They were irresponsible and arrived more than 4 hours late on the day of the move. They were not careful with my things and all the boxes were smashed. They are liars.

Companies that transport household goods within California like Black Bear Moving & Storage have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
