Don't even consider working with these folks. I paid extra for "professional packing services," and they were simply careless, leaving items of china and glassware unprotected. They took all of my silk ties from the closet, wrapped them up, and placed them at the bottom of a box with a printer on top! The same is true for women's dresses. Many of my belongings were broken or damaged, and when I complained, the management told me that they would take care of everything. They handed me $80 as a "goodwill gesture" after more than a month of waiting for "higher management" to authorize my compensation. Keep your distance from them.

Usually will give a good first impression and have procedures in place to appear legitimate, but once they have part of your money and your signature, they will no longer reply to your queries. When they do speak with you, they will mislead you in order to reassure you until they get the rest of the money they are attempting to defraud you. Then, once the professional movers arrive, you won't hear from them again.

It was a rather simple process; they inquired what furnishings I was bringing and offered me the actual price along with my car. My car was picked up the day before my move, and they both arrived in Florida the next day. I hope that all the people involved in this company end up in jail, because they have no education, and they are only thieves who cheat on you from their computers and phones, take your money and then you cannot report them because they work without a real physical address. It is not a real business, it is a group of scammers.

It is not worth working with this company, they do not obey your contract and their businesses are fraudulent. They are even under federal investigation. Avoid them even if it is a small job, they will take your money and they will not work as agreed with you.

They told me that I had more things than what I said. At the end of the day and after many meaningless discussions, the truck left and I lost the deposit money I made.
