The best choice

Excellent customer service! These guys were a pleasure to work with. We relocated considerable distance to a new location. Moving to a new town and starting a new job might be difficult, but the men at Big Ben's made it so easy. If my company relocates me again, I will absolutely utilize them again. Thank you very much!

OK to CA

The movers of Big Ben were very coordinated and supportive. From the quotation to the packaging and loading of all my products and delivery. Top performing customer service as well as the crew. So if you're looking for a smooth transfer, I highly recommend it.

Long distance move

It's lies and deception. This is how you might identify the Big Bens. They were supposed to send a professional packing crew-I paid extra (alot) for this service. What they were doing was sending a hired crew to pack and load. Wrapped a very limited number of my things, just put them in a box and taped it. As you can guess, very little has survived the 52 day ride. Yeah, it had been 52 days before my load has arrived. 3 TVs shipped-all damaged. Lamps shattered, vases broken, dishes and glasses lost. Tool box toothed in a few areas. When the door was opened on the trailer, the boxes that had been ripped open in transit dropped from the trailer to the black top below. Missing things-delivery items that don't belong to me.I had to hire a towing company to unload the truck because the driver didn't have any ramps with him. It's just an utter nightmare. Stay a long way away from this business. The Customer Service is non-existent. I'm going to have to sue for compensation for all my lost, missing and damaged things. These guys are so embarrassing.  Very sorry excuse for a moving company.

Good work

Big Ben's Moving is the strongest one in the industry. I've already contracted with them twice. These guys are great. On schedule, your property is quick and very polite. I can't thank them enough for that. If I ever had to move again, I would certainly be using Big Ben's Moving, and I would totally recommend this company.

Cancelled me the night before the move!

The person who was supposed to deal with my case got fired (I was ordered to protect the customer!), and I never got anyone to speak to again. I was hounding them to put down my deposit and confirm the date of my transfer. Needless to say, when they canceled the night before I was shocked. Take your company to another location, never trust them again.

Great move

Earlier this month, my family moved from Vegas to California, given the short timeline we had to make the move big bens were working with us and giving us a decent offer. They showed up earlier than planned, but that was all right with me. All our things were in the same condition, so I would suggest it to everyone. Thank you!
