They know how it all works

My house was packed full of dust collected, old, rusty pieces of junk. I knew it was going to be an issue for the movers from Big shoulders moving & storage. The movers arrived right on time and I thought now they’d be complaining. But they didn’t even care! They had a very effective system in place. The big pieces required collaborative efforts from all four movers. They were done packing and loading all our things in no time! They delivered everything the next day. I couldn’t believe how they managed to deliver all those things in perfect condition.

Great service

Dealing with customer service was the best. My representative was so helpful and made me feel so assured during this move. I was so stressed and I was worried about my belongings. The guys showed up on time, they were careful with my possessions, took time to wrap them and on the delivery unwrapped and helped to set everything up. Also took extra time specially packing my flat screen TV. They worked professionally and fast. I'll use Big shoulders moving & storage again, great service!

They subcontracted the delivery

They do not include door-to-door service; instead, they subcontract delivery. Almost all of the furnishings have been ruined. They have been giving me the runaround for 10 days after I lost my desktop PC. They claim to know where it is but refuse to give the location or deliver it to me. The subcontractor arrived at the delivery site with only one person to move a house. I had to join in! They should not be used. You will be sorry.

Stress-free move

The movers arrived on time and worked hard to prepare all of my belongings for the big move. I was nervous about entrusting my valuables, such as my china, to strangers, but they were really careful and nothing was broken! I was happy when all of my possessions arrived in excellent shape! They made my move a hundred times easier, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and easy move!

SCAM!!!

They are a broker and have no control over your move. They will not help you if you call or ask for information. These guys will take the money and never answer again do not fall for the low price it is fake. I have reported them to every government site. I will take them to court to get our stuff back. They call them solves a long-distance moving company and could even move me 200 miles . Run far away from them.

Trust me when I say this I do not recommend this company. They have very salesmen that lie to get you business They do not call or keep in touch or with updates. The dispatch lie, lie, lie, we been waiting for 4 weeks now for our stuff and we call, they pushing it off for another week. I am upset that I have to deal with this, I asked to talk to a supervisor and he only will talk through email.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY

This company is a lie and everything about them is a lie. They tell you everything is by cubic feet quote based on cubic than the pickup and tell you your items way more than they really are and they hold your stuff hostage. They were the cheapest and in the end costed more money than ever quote. My inventory didn't change be item however I was charged 2 times the price The move was delayed extensively, items were lost, and the movers were holding items on their truck demanding payment. Personnel were rude and screaming at us, so we ended up having to threaten to call the police to get stuff unloaded from the moving truck. Would not recommend this company at all.
