Big shoulders moving & storage is one of the best moving companies in this country. They are very legit and professional. They move you with absolute perfection. The men who come to help are very caring and efficient. They move all the furniture, glassware, and all the fragile items with a lot of focus and care. They do not let anything happen to your belongings! I am their big fan because they moved me so beautifully! No issues anywhere! They are the best for long distance moves. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I vote for Big shoulders moving and storage! My fiancé and I recently hired them for our long distance move and they seriously were very helpful. The guys packed our belongings with good care and respect. They carried everything down 3 flights of stairs and never got tired or irritated. Everything was delivered in one piece and my fiancé is super happy because all her fragile items were not damaged. She was also happy because the guys helped her with the china cabinets and kitchen shelves. Thank you once again for all the help. We shall put in a good word for you.

Moving was easy with them

The move was very nicely done! I have only good things to say about Big shoulders moving and storage. Their sales rep came to my place and took a look and gave a decent estimate. He sent a great crew to help me pack. They took care of all the furniture, the lights, the electronics and other small things. All of my belongings were delivered back to me safe and sound. They even helped to install everything back again. They were super helpful and super friendly. I will always use this moving company for all my long distance moves!

I love you all! I can’t express how happy I am! I just finished unpacking and I saw that everything is here and nothing is damaged! My daughter would like to thank you for not scratching her piano and my son wants to thank you for fixing his bike! We all loved this experience. It was a smooth and easy move. In the eleventh hour I had to call Big shoulders moving & storage to relocate. At first we hired another company but they didn't show on the whole day, Even didn't even pick up the call! I thanked this moving company for being available. They showed up at least fifteen minutes early from the appointment time. Their bill was with no extra charge though they worked some extra work. I was surprised watching their extreme professional work. All packing and loading services were done with the elite touch of the skilled workers. They delivered one day before the window. I couldn't find any scratch or nick on my newly bought furniture. I am satisfied. They will always be my first priority.

Pretty good move

My move with Big shoulders moving & storage was pretty good. The price was right and it included everything I needed like blanket wrapping. The guys were pretty respectful and answered any questions I needed. Plus I needed to move in a hurry and they were the only ones that would do it right away. I thought ok I have to move fast so my things are going to suffer, but it was the total opposite. Furniture arrived in mint condition!! They did a pretty good job! I am very pleased!

I had actually already booked the first company I spoke to. Lucky for us, my husband spoke to the guy from Big shoulders moving and storage and he sent us a link to the DOT website, once we researched, we realized we had signed with a broker who lied and said he was a carrier. But the guys from Big shoulders moving and storage took the time to rewrite a contract for us, and even gave us an upgrade to free packing and boxes. They helped us finish packing on moving day, and delivered on time. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

Efficiently and quickly

The crew of four movers arrived on time and embarked on the work at hand straightaway. It was easy to communicate with them regarding what I wanted, and they easily responded to all my concerns. They moved my things efficiently and quickly. It is never easy to move things to the third floor, but they climbed all those flights of stairs without any complaint. Up to three glasses were broken in the moving process. However, the guys communicated this to me and were even willing to compensate for the loss, but I declined because we are all human, and it is easy to err. With the kind of quality service they gave me, compensation was unnecessary. I highly recommend Big shoulders moving & storage.

Big shoulders moving and storage provided all around great service for my local move and storage. Their sales rep worked with us on the estimate and explained the process thoroughly. The guy in the office was our main contact regarding answering pre-move questions, timing, etc. He also called us during the move to make sure everything was good. The movers were great to work with both times. Once to pack and then to deliver. Both were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the moving process. They treated our furniture with care. The company hires quality people and we enjoyed working with them.
