They delivered everything properly

Big shoulders moving & storage moved our belongings two weeks ago. I didn’t even have to give any instructions to the movers. They knew exactly how to do the job and they did it perfectly. Not even a glass was broken on the way. They even unpacked everything and put them in the right rooms. I cannot praise these guys enough. This is the best moving company out there.

Flawless move

I’m a perfectionist. So when I call something flawless, it must mean something. Big shoulders moving & storage handled my last move. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly, I must admit. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. After 3 days the delivery was made. All my breakables survived the journey. I kept thinking about an issue to aware you guys. But I really couldn’t fault them for anything.

All their movers are highly experienced and efficient. Even for my last move, the men did the job exceptionally well. They packed up everything so carefully and skillfully. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. They did an amazing job given the short notice I gave them.

I am just sick and tired of relocating but that just comes with my job description. In the beginning, I tried relocating on my own; it always turned into disasters. Then, I hired different moving companies. I won’t say they were all bad, but none of them could provide me that easy move they always promised. Finally I hired Big Shoulders Moving & Storage after hearing from a dear friend. This company just blew me away. Their movers arrived right on time and they were very efficient at this job. What I really liked about them was how they approached everything with a smile. No furniture was too heavy for them. I was very impressed seeing how spirited these movers were. They delivered everything the next day to my new house. The movers unpacked everything and put them inside. Nothing was broken or damaged. When they left, I realized that I have just had the smoothest move of my life. I will hire them for all my future relocations for sure.

King of the moving kingdom

I am just so grateful to Big shoulders moving & storage. I had a very particular need for my move. I required them to transport all my things within 2 days across the country. The company assured me that they would make it happen. Guess what? They did make it happen. I was very pleased to see how carefully they packed and loaded my belongings. They showed up right in the queue at the final destination. I think more companies should allow this kind of flexibility for the customers as many have very particular needs.

Apt and skilled set of movers

My wife has a lot of glassware and they were my biggest concern during my move. I hired Big shoulders moving & storage and I warned them several times to be extra careful with the glasses. The crew of four men proved to be very efficient and organized. They arrived on time and got to work. They packed everything so carefully. They were extra cautious while packing the breakables. They put newspapers between the layers of each breakable to ensure their safety. All our belongings traveled so well. I really couldn’t have been happier. I applaud these movers for the job they did.

When your relocate, hire them

After finishing college, my girlfriend and I decided to move in together. We both secured jobs and decided to move to a new city. I hired Big shoulders moving & storage while my girlfriend hired a different moving company. I knew how good this company is but my girlfriend has a mind of her own. We both had the same moving day. While my movers arrived right on time, her movers were 2 hours late. The four men from Big shoulders took just 3 hours to finish packing and loading all my belongings. When they finished loading and hit the road, my girlfriend’s movers had just arrived. I received the delivery on the next day and all my belongings were in great condition. My girlfriend’s moving company made the delivery after 4 days and many of her things were damaged beyond repair. This is not a manifesto for this company. I really think that you want to be hassle free during your move, you must hire these guys.

I admire this company

Frankly, I would have been happy if Big shoulders moving and storage simply delivered all my stuff in one piece. But they really went the extra mile. Their quote was just amazingly low. The men who arrived on time were very skilled and efficient. They packed all my stuff correctly and loaded them into the van. It was excruciating when I had to wait for 3 days to receive the delivery. Luckily, the delivered right on schedule! I checked the inventory list and everything was delivered correctly. All my furniture was undamaged and I was so happy. It was an extraordinary effort by an outstanding moving company.

Very reliable

I have hired moving companies in the past that made many of my boxes disappear on the way. But Big shoulders moving & storage took a thorough inventory when they arrived at my house. They matched the inventory list when they made the delivery. That gesture alone makes them super reliable. On top of that, the movers were fast, efficient and friendly. The company even charges very reasonable prices and it is quite easy getting a quote from them. I am hiring only them from now on.
