Worst service that I ever had
Big Boys Moving & Storage is not a company I would ever endorse. Even though I had a signed estimate contract, there were several hidden costs. The actual transfer cost nearly three times what was estimated. A classic bait-and-switch scheme. And when I continued to ask for an explanation for all of the extra costs, the corporate representative was just nasty.

Thieves!
They quote you one cost and then hold your stuff hostage until you pay more than twice the quoted price. They damage your belongings and then don't tell you or act as if nothing happened, and when you ask the company, they tell you lies to cover them up. They are uninterested in speaking with you after the fact. They only want to take advantage of people.

This company is a rip off; they quoted me one price and then charged me more; they charge by the hour and the movers were slow, so it will take them three hours to load a truck and three hours to unload, and they held my furniture hostage until I paid.

Skilled movers
Shelby was very professional in her conversation with us. We were told exactly how much it would cost. Because of issues with our builder, we were three months behind schedule. Our furniture was stored and then redelivered on time, with everything put back together as agreed. Daniel and Tom were excellent at their jobs; they were honest and hardworking young men. I highly recommend this company.

I'd like to thank the two young men who helped us move from the storage facility to our new home. They were competent, respectful, focused on their work, and did not waste time. Excellent service
I'd like to thank Shelby Torres and the entire Big Boys Moving Company team. Ms. Torres was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. Arrangements have been made for a move from two different locations. The movers arrived on time, were courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and strong, and worked nonstop for 9 hours. Their price was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to any friends or family members who are in need of a mover. Thank you for making my life easier during these tough times.

Companies that transport household goods within Florida like Big Boys Moving & Storage have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
