Really good movers

Best Cross Country Movers packed everything properly and cautiously. The movers arrived on time. Most importantly, the moving cost was incredibly low. The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and worked extremely hard to complete the move. They made an exhausting day far more manageable.

What a wonderful move!!

This was the best moving experience I've ever had while moving across the country. Best Cross Country Movers' movers were extremely competent and courteous. I was impressed that they were able to pack up and move us so quickly. They delivered everything in excellent condition. The cost was reasonable. This company comes highly recommended by me.

Excellent Company

The movers were excellent with us, from disassembling the furniture to packing and loading our possessions to unloading the items upon arrival. There was nothing they refused. I'm glad that I've been associated with them. I would strongly recommend these fine gentlemen for any move because it was both professional and affordable.

Great experience

I've used them several times, and each time they've been outstanding. They were quick, professional, and all-around nice and kind. They were also extremely cautious and effective. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them! 10 out of 10!

Beware!!

Because they all originate from the same IP address, all positive reviews are generated by workers. On April, I had a nightmare of a move with this company. They showed up a day earlier than specified in the contract. When they arrived, they increased the cost of the move by 40% and broke a 47-inch television. Everyone should be careful!! Don't let them persuade you. Now I can't get anybody in the office to answer the phone to file a claim, and there is no reassembly at the delivery address, despite the fact that the price has been raised by 40%. They simply left everything in the living room. UPDATE: There is also a surround sound recorder that no longer works.

Don`t hire them

The best cross-country movers are ineffective. They deceived me. I had a contract, and then they tried to increase the price two weeks before the move. This is their pattern, as evidenced by 29 Better Business Bureau complaints filed in the last 12 months. They get you over the barrel and then try to squeeze you for more cash. They informed me that the original contract's author no longer works for the company. I told them it wasn't my problem, but they won't refund my deposit. Check the Better Business Bureau for complaints.
