Cargo handling assistance was available.
Employees assigned to the relocation were prompt, helpful, and courteous. The men worked nonstop for four hours without taking a break. They handled the furniture and other household items with care, and nothing was broken. The truck was packed from head to toe, and when we ran out of blankets, the crew leader pitched in with two more. We were very satisfied because the crew was qualified and efficient.
Nice service
They pulled off a four move. They were reasonably priced, with no hidden fees. Excellent service and a welcoming team. I filled out their web form and received a response within a few hours. I asked them to come to my flat at 8 a.m., and they arrived on the phone at that time. They were able to wrap and box all the things thoroughly and transfer them through the narrow stairs without any harm. There was no moaning or complaining from the friendly movers. Overall, I am pleased with my choice and will definitely use them again.

I wouldn't recommend Beacon Shipping Logistics to my family, friends, or anyone.
They sent us inexperienced movers who took too long to move our things and still damaged almost all of them. The company did not accept any responsibility and the customer service was rude. Go with anyone else but them!
Stolen Computer
I am totally disappointed. My computer was stolen at some point during the move. This company is a shame.

Overcharges for wrap, tape ect ect
It bothers me that they charged me extra fees for packing materials, but the mover's team was polite, effective, prompt, and professional. None of my items were damaged.

Theft
They damaged a lot of my things, and they stole my jewelry. More than $ 19,000 worth of jewelry was lost. Some items were recovered by the police but others were never found. They are not a reliable company.

Damaged Furniture
The movers were very irresponsible with my things. At first, I clearly told them to be careful with my furniture, and they messed up my bed and the walls of the new house. Many other pieces of furniture were also damaged, and many glass items were broken. When I called the company, they said they would evaluate my case and call me back. They never called.

Great for short distance move (48 miles)
The movers were very organized. They did a quick and efficient job! When they delivered our things, they helped us to reassemble our furniture

Worst Experience Ever
I planned my move with Beacon Shipping Logistics more than 2 weeks in advance, and still, the movers were late. They charged triple the price and destroyed some very important items for me. The office staff is unprofessional and irresponsible.

Poor Service
The movers took more than 6 hours to move less than 15 boxes. How convenient when you pay them by the hour. Many of my things were damaged when they arrived, and they did not pack anything even though I was charged for the packing service. The customer service was a joke and their $ 150 refund was offensive to me.
