Be Very Afraid Of Beacon Shipping Logistics
They lied about the delivery date of my things, they said that I was not at home and they gave my things to someone else. There were irreplaceable belongings and other very very expensive things in those boxes. I am very scared and customer service hangs up my calls.
Mi worst nightmare!
This company is only interested in your money, it does not care to provide you with good service. Many of my items were lost, the movers were rude and unashamed, asked for a tip they didn't deserve and left a mess in my living room.
Worst company I have ever dealt with
They charged me extra fees several times, including a fee for "stairs" even when they used the elevator. Many of our things were lost, we repeatedly called the company, each time, they pass me with another supposed "manager" but none of them were helpful. They were rude and unethical, no one was really interested in solving the problem.

The Worst
Positive reviews on this company have to be false. After increasing a lot the price they quoted me, they promised me that my things would arrive in a few days. The scheduled delivery date has passed and I'm still waiting for my things.
Missing trunk full of family portraits.
The movers were late and charged me an extra $ 1000 because they had miscalculated the space my things occupied. When my belongings arrived, many of my things were missing, including a priceless collection of irreplaceable family photographs.

Don't
They told me my move with them would be stress-free and hassle-free, but there were problems and extra charges everywhere. My things took almost a month to arrive, and they were broken and battered, the boxes were wet and crushed, everything was a total disaster. I called them to claim and they said they couldn't help me because I hadn't paid for their insurance.
Don't go with this company
They shamelessly lie to you, are rude, and are never really willing to help you. They charged me a lot of extra money and I had to pay because they used my things as hostages. It was a horrendous experience.
Furniture delivery
They are attentive and flexible only until they have your deposit. Then they disappear. They haven't even given me a delivery date and I've already called them a ton of times and haven't gotten any response. This is a nightmare!

Late, extra charges, damages
They charge you extra for each step they take, they do not respect the quote they give you at the beginning. After paying much more money than agreed, my things finally arrived. And they were all damaged and broken! They smashed a treadmill into pieces and left it unpacked so they could leave without me noticing.
Awful and criminal
All of our things were burned in a fire at the hands of this company. We are in a sorry situation and they have not even tried to help us. They are a bunch of criminals, don't use them !!!

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
