Horrible experience
They end up charging you much more than the price they quoted, and they have horrible communication with you. Don't use them if you don't want to add another headache to your move.
Worst move ever! Do not use them!
Aside from charging me a lot more money for my move, it's been more than two weeks and I'm still waiting for my things. The customer service is pathetic and very rude, they don't seem to mind helping you.

Damage Damage Damage...
They are a terribly irresponsible company and their insurance is a joke. After causing me $ 4000 in damages they only reimbursed me $ 166. It was a nightmare!
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
They offered me money not to give a negative review of them. They're just brokers, they hire a cheap, unreliable moving company, and then they don't take responsibility for your stuff.

AWFUL!
They are only attentive and friendly on the phone until they close the business. Then they start adding extra fees, double the price of your move, and deliver your things broken and battered.

AVOID! SCAMMERS
They originally quoted me $ 1500 and I ended up paying over $ 4500! It took them forever to load and unload my things, and all my furniture arrived damaged. This company is full of irresponsible people and scammers.
Very Unprofessional
I'm still waiting for my things and the delivery date that they scheduled for me has long passed. They also charged me additional fees for "extra boxes". I just hope my things arrive in good condition.
Not BBB accredited...there is a reason
The workers in charge of moving our things were very good, but the office staff was the worst of all. They lie to you about who will actually make the move, about the price, about the services included. They lie about everything.

Last minute had to make other arrangements
They assured me that they would move my things on the scheduled date because I needed to start on a new job. Only ONE DAY before they called me to say that they could not do the pickup on the agreed day. In the end, I had to move by myself, but I will never forget my experience with this unreliable company.

I regret ever trying to do business with them
The movers showed up after rescheduling the pickup FOUR TIMES. When they finally arrived, they refused to move our things! It was incredible, a total lack of responsibility! They also refused to return my deposit. I lost energy, time and money with this company.
