Nightmare Long Distance Move

They did not comply with any of the pickup or delivery dates that they had programmed for me. Still, they charged me thousands of dollars extra at the end of their lousy service!

Horrible.

When they try to sell you the service, everything is perfect, once the truck has finished picking up your things, the real nightmare begins. They charged me much more than the estimate and hired another company to deliver my things and now I cannot contact them. I don't know where my things are and have called numerous times without getting any answers.

I will never use this company again!!!!!!!!!

They are just brokers. The actual movers charged me extra commissions for every step they took, and I ended up paying much more than the estimated price they gave me. My things arrived broken and no one seemed to care. Terrible service.

They suck! RUN!!!!

I thought they were a moving company but they are just brokers. They collect the deposit and leave you alone with the movers. When the movers arrived they charged me $ 2000 more than the price that BMAS quoted me. They gave me a delivery date that they never met, and to this day I still don't know where my things are. I am so frustrated!
