Amazing move
I had a fantastic time working with Authorized Movers. I recently took a new job and had to relocate to start it. Moving a full family is an extremely stressful experience. After a brief introduction in which I was able to clarify precisely what I was searching for, they took over from there. They made the process a breeze, and I would suggest them to anyone!
Unprofessional company
We recently completed our relocation, and this was the worst moving company we have ever hired. So many items were broken because the packers threw them into the boxes. When we started unpacking, we were shocked. The team was late and never phoned, causing our move to be delayed by three hours. The phone salespeople were disrespectful and inefficient. I expressed my displeasure in writing, but received no response. Choose a different company.
Great experience
I recently opened a business in PA and needed to relocate most of my belongings to my new home. I was referred to this company by my business partner, who had used it a month before. I liked the quote and the attention that went into my relocation. They finished packing and loading at 8 a.m., just in time for my flight out. My furniture arrived four days later. The unpacking service was excellent, and the mover assisted me in placing the large tables, bedroom set, and other items where I requested.
Professional company
Because of my husband's job, I go from state to state frequently. When we only had our belongings to pack and move, it was simple. But now that we have twin baby boys, I'm dreading the move from Florida to New York, and I'm getting estimates on the internet that are way out of my price range. I came across Authorized Movers and decided to go with them. I will definitely use their services again because they were quick, easy, and on time.
