Terrible experience

I will not be using them again and would not suggest them to anyone. From the disrespectful operator who claimed to be the manager to the driver who had to wait for others to help him. Which appeared to be high school students. They just throw my stuff around wherever they want. Several objects were broken. This was the worst experience I'd ever had. Then they charged me additional fees that were significantly higher than the original amount for a few more boxes but less furnishings.

Smooth move

Requesting a quote was simple. I submitted my specifications on their website and received an email with a quote. They sent personnel who were on time, friendly, and skilled at what they did. They were attentive with our belongings and placed them exactly where we instructed. Before we signed off on the move, they double-checked that everything was in order. Overall, I had a positive experience, thanks!!

Don´t hire this company

The phone quote is incorrect, the delivery date is subject to change, and you will not be notified if the company's plans alter. I was informed that our items will arrive many days ago, and every time I call to inquire about their status, I'm told that they would contact me later to determine when the delivery will take place the next day. The next day comes, and I haven't received a call, the movers haven't arrived, and the cycle begins again. The customer service and dispatch departments are ineffective. This firm should not be hired.

Really recommended

After doing some research on several moving firms, I decided to go with Assurance, and I'm glad I did because they were really attentive with my personal items. Their customer service was excellent, and their prices were affordable. If you want your belongings to arrive at their destination without being damaged, I definitely suggest Assurance Van Lines!

I was really impressed by how straightforward everything was and how quickly it arrived. They are unquestionably at the top of their game!
