They didn't include many of my items in the quote so when the movers arrived they wanted to charge me double. My things took a long time to arrive and the service was horrible.

It was the worst experience I have had as they damaged a lot of things and the movers were rough and sloppy. Several pieces were also lost. Hiring them was a terrible decision.

They broke my $ 1500 TV and they just want to pay me $ 100! They are totally disrespectful and scammers when it comes to answering for things that they break. Don't hire them.

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
