My relocation
I just relocated with the help of American Relocation. I must tell that I am very satisfied. The customer service was excellent, the movers were efficient, and the price was nearly identical to the estimate. I've used other moving companies and always been disappointed, but this is the first time I'm truly satisfied. I will absolutely hire them again in the future if I need to relocate.
They kept my deposit!!
They quoted me for $1300 but when they arrived to deliver, they wanted extra steps after the first 7 steps, they couldn't tell me the exact price until they uploaded it because it might take more than the space they quoted. They're not moving the company, they're just taking money from the middle man. Also, they want you to pay with a Debit card so they can get the money right away. Terrible!

I made a request for a quote and was called back by someone I could barely comprehend It was said that the price would be $460 for 3 hours. It's not a bad price, but the company is in Baltimore about 40 minutes from my house and they wanted to charge me for driving time to my house. Telling me I have to pay for a third or more of my booked time while your drivers take their time to get to me through traffic is a joke. Stay with that nonsense in your county.

Excellent service
Alex and his American Relocation crew did a wonderful job of moving from start to finish. Four guys showed up on time, they were very professional and polite. Movers were extremely careful and quick, packing all my belongings with care. We had a lot of heavy furniture and a lot of fragile items that were moved with care. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful company! Very competent, very accessible package price was amazing!! It was all I asked of them and they made it happen. I can honestly say that everything was done PERFECTLY. I'm sure I'm going to recommend it to my family and friends. This company made my moving nightmare a dream come true.
Long distance move
Nice service to the consumer. Excellent experience. The expense was inferior to an uhaul. CSR was friendly with calls and emails and was highly sensitive. The delivery drivers were excellent, friendly, compassionate, and hard-working. Definitely a great price for the money.

Companies that transport household goods within Maryland like American Relocation LLC have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
