SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID
Avoid at all cost. Bait and switch, liars, no refunds thieves and criminals. Contacted local DA and they are working on cases against them. Please don't lose your money and belongings to them. I can't say enough about how awful this company is. As a matter of fact don't use any moving broker they all seem to be scammed especially from South Florida
Disappointed
You did a terrible job! Sales representative promised so much, no extra charge for elevator, distance, wrapping, and more. Quote price was less than half of the real amount. And I emailed him a photo to look over. And "HE LEFT THE COMPANY!" at the end, with no refund of the deposit. This company is irresponsible and should never be recommended.
CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH
Do you feel that moving is not stressful enough and want to add another layer of headaches? Are you feeling too confident lately? Maybe things are just going a little too good for you, and you want to bring yourself down a notch. Well, this moving company is perfect for you! Bottom line, save your time. Their own website says (you can look this up yourself, seriously) "whatever price we tell you will not change, come whatever may", but this is far from the case, as in the end we ended up paying a couple grand more than the original quote. And it does not matter how many times sales reps guarantee this for you, or guarantee timelines or anything, because they just fall back on "well the contract, even though it says the exact opposite of what we tell you, says we have XYZ rights." The sales reps are pushy, overbearing, and then absent as soon as they get your deposit. Seriously, eff this company, I can't believe it's even legal what they do. Check any legitimate review sites, and once you are done sifting through the obvious fake reviews, you will find trove upon trove of horror stories exactly like mine. Save yourself the time, money, and headache, moving is difficult enough without predatory companies trying to take advantage of you. When our stuff did finally arrive much later than quoted, most of it was damaged in some way. You spend your life buying and taking care of things, but within 1 month, this company just disregards all of that. I mean, how to lose a huge desk??? Things were straight up just missing out of our boxes. Most boxes that had glass were smashed. My vinyl records were ruined. Art supplies ruined. Oh yeah, did I mention the company they hooked us up with had a "stop order" issued on it in the middle of our move? They either are lazy in their due diligence in who they work with, or they knowingly placed us with a company with equally as terrible reviews as American Plus. I am pretty sure I could throw a dart at the white pages and find a better moving company than the one we got. Pretty much anyone we spoke with (when we could even get a hold of any body) was rude, unprofessional, or acting like you're the bad guy because all of your worldly possessions are in their hands and you aren't sure if you'll ever receive them.My guess is that they get yelled at every day because their service and business model is so terrible, that they've just become jaded. My only hope is that someone sees this and thinks twice before being exploited, because this is exactly what this company will do. They'll quote you a price, and then when the movers show (probably some schlubby movers they booked off craigslist in a rented truck that will double the price before even loading a single thing, and you're in a tight spot because you have to be out of your apartment or house).

Horrible dishonest company
Dishonest. The company rep. Mitch agreed my $2,362.00 Deposit fully-refundable 48 hours prior to pickup However the company won’t honor the agreement that was cancel 3 days after signing and 6 weeks prior to pickup. Dishonest!!! I expect more and the agreement honored
No delivery
I got duped. American Plus Moving is a moving company that operates as a broker. They offered a low-ball price. Two days later, the actual movers came. On February 28th and 21st, Las Angeles Moving and Transfer transported our belongings to Denver. We were made to assume that our belongings would be delivered straight to us rather than being held in a storage facility. We have paid $4400 as of 4-1-21, and we have been unable to obtain a delivery agreement, and I am scared that we may never see our stuff again.
Nice service
From booking to delivery, the procedure was really simple. All of the folks we interacted with were quite professional, and being able to track the delivery was quite convenient. Working with them was a breeze. I will definitely suggest them to everyone!
Smooth move
We just hired American Plus Moving and Storage, and they were fantastic! They charged us an hourly cost, which was far less than other estimates I'd received. Their tagline should be "stress-free moving day," since that's exactly what they did to me from start to finish. It comes highly recommended!
Horrible service
Don't trust what the sellers say! In order to entice you to book with them, they tell you what you want to hear. When we booked, Martin informed me the price was "locked in," but on the day of the move, I owing nearly another grand - absurd! During the relocation, a lot of my belongings were damaged, and some were even lost. I won't recommend this company!! The claim procedure takes 60 days, which is a bummer because I need my belongings right now.
Really recommended
Charles and his friends arrived on schedule. They were really attentive with everything and kept us informed about every item they wrapped, so we knew precisely how everything was wrapped. I was simply so at ease with everything that I couldn't believe how kind and polite these individuals were. They were also a lot of fun to hang out with. If you want a simple and stress-free relocation, hire them!
