Liars!

They are scammers, what they say never happens, they lie about everything, they are ten days late for delivery, they damaged an antique dining room table with all the seats broken, and they want to settle for 34.00 dollars. You can't receive any answers, and once they have your money, you're out.

Great service

I've read several negative comments on Amazon's relocation, with some requesting that I go to another website for the truth. I'm curious if it's because of that website that they're writing such negative reviews because my experience with Amazon moving was completely amazing. I hired the firm two months ago. They were on time, professional, and reliable. That is because they arrived and delivered on schedule. They were quick to pack and effective in effortlessly loading everything. Even my massive couch was nothing to them. During the travel, not a single piece went missing. These gentlemen were not just professional, but they were continually smiling and making me feel less stressed. I'm not sure who says what, but I'm definitely on team Amazon relocation.

Stay away!

This is a dishonest scamming organization. They arrived at 4 a.m. for collection, overcharged us, delivered at 9 p.m., intimidated my girlfriend with a hammer, were incredibly unprofessional, and eventually left everything in the front yard at 3 a.m. I cannot express how awful our experience with this organization was, and I hope that others learn from our huge mistake in selecting them. Great experience

Moving on short notice may be difficult, especially over long distances, and after some Googling, I came across Amazon Relocation and was surprised by all the positive ratings. I initially assumed it was a scam, but I double-checked just in case, and when we did call them, I was astonished at how pleasant they were, so I went ahead with it. The work was done quite well, and the personnel was really professional. I made it with all of my belongings in excellent condition, not a single scratch! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs to relocate over big distances

My Amazon Relocation moving crew was fantastic! They were courteous, respectful, and, most importantly, FAST!! They went above and beyond for me, demonstrating to me that they were concerned about my future!! If I ever need to relocate again, I will contact Amazon Relocation! They're fantastic! :).

Really bad service

Rico was the name of my foreman on this job. He appeared to be extremely polite at first until it got late in the night. The movers completed packing my belongings at 2 a.m. and were impatient to get home. They arrived at my house around 4 p.m. and planned to finish by 9 p.m. They claimed to have "great" packing service, but let me tell you, the majority of my items arrived shattered. To top it all off, they had misplaced my defibrillator monitor as well as all of my utensils. I've been trying to contact the "insurance" on my belongings, but no one has ever returned my calls; my next move is to sue them. Without that monitor, my doctor is unable to keep track of what's going on with my heart. If they call you RUN!! I would advise you to do the same. It now has a significant impact on my life, and they are simply not worth it. Oh, and they played the classic bait and switch on me as well; Rico told I was receiving a "discount" and then removed 600 of said "discount." When I asked him how I was expected to survive, he said, "I'm not intended to live." Keep a safe distance from these people. They lie!
